- Amigos welcome to my first hotel review in the U.S.A. and what an opening we have : the big apple and the Hyatt chain.
For the budget traveller, or business man or young couples in my opinion, as the hotel offers roooms with connecting doors for families too.
It may not show in the video but there is door between the room and bathroom.

Nice review.I stay at rhis hotel in December 2022.Hopefully there was no problems with the elevators.😅Greetimgs Chris
This hotel is fantastic! I stayed there recently. All the elevators work. Breakfast is delicious, but you have to get there early because the lines can be long. The LOCATION is perfect! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel.
lies, why would you say all the elevator's work, such strange thing to comment on as this should be the norm for hotels not a plus point

@@edholohan When people review a hotel, they never mention that all the elevators work, this is a given. I didn't insult you, I questioned the motive and reasoning for providing the information. you clearly work for the hotel under some capacity based on the comments you leave. Again in your reply you go on the defensive and don't answer any of my queries.
@@rajhangakhal5718 I do not work for the hotel. I am a guest. Don't make assumptions and don't call people you don't know liars. This is a very disrespectful way to talk to people. My heart is in the right place. I was defending a hotel I enjoyed. I told the truth.
You, on the other hand, for some nefarious reason no doubt, feel the need to knee-jerk react and call me a liar.
You should check yourself and perhaps learn something about your own (apparent) faulty psychology.
@@rajhangakhal5718 Furthermore, given that this hotel is 45 stories high, having functioning elevators is a necessity. I'm sure even you would agree with that fact.

It brings me joy always when one of my videos helps others in any way possible. Not far from the hotel is one of d best falafel places in NY. I will check it out and get back to u later, as i am st work now. Enjoy your stay.
The place is called : Operation Falafel located as u go out of the hotel go left to 7th Avenue , cross the avenue and walk a bit direction south and u will find it, is cheap and it tastes great.

Hi and thanks for the kind comment, some rooms face south like the room i was in , others will face north with view of the Empire State Building.

Claro hombre, la vas a pasar bien ahi y tu por lo menos vas a disfrutar de la seccion del bar k ya estara abierta al aire libre. De comer en el area hay restaurantes caros pero tambien cosas ricas y baratas como : Operation Falafel en la 24th esquina 7th Ave. Te lo recomiendo. K la pasen bien. @@crBudgetWatches se ve k el hotel es nuevo , algunas de las chicas k limpian vienen de mi pais Honduras , tuve chistes con una de ellas, cosas k no se ven en los videos (behind the scenes) :-)

Hola Victor lo k yo hice fue : al hacer la reservacion pedir ya un piso alto. Ellos tratan de complacer , con mi suerte me salio el piso 29 (desde el piso 24 se consideran high floor , depende k lado te sale tendras vista como la k yo tuve o la del otro lado viendo al Empire State Building) , pero a ti talvez te saldra un piso mas alto. Si , hay puerta k divide el cuarto del bano, pero vere otra vez mi material entero del video y si no es asi te mandare otro mensaje cuando yo llegue a casa , pues ahora estoy en Portugal trabajando en mi nuevo projecto. El cuarto es pequeno como puedes ver. Tu diles k se lleven la plancha del armario si no la vas a usar asi tendras mas lugar ahi , pues cada centimetro cuenta. Thank you for your kind comment , also regarding the volume of the music which is always lower than the original track has but for future reports i will lower even more ,the room section is always without music in any of my reports. Is a good choice in my opinion , budget friendly and centrally located. Pity that on my next next trip to NYC i won't be able to stay there ,since i will be rewieving a different hotel , that's the problem when doing hotel reviews , regardless of whether i liked the hotel or not i cannot return. have to keep bringing new content.Enjoy your stay , Emmanuel.

how was the surroundings of the hotel? how far is it from the lower east and west side also chinatown area?
Hi Sagi the close surrounding area is good, many restaurants and shopping options just walking distance from the hotel. I advice you use google maps when u r there as i did since you can either walk everywhere you want because of the good location of the hotel in Manhattan .You can always take the subway but depending where u will be going u may need to change lines.
@@aeromundos ok also i saw a lot of complaints about the breakfast and the elevators did you experienced that?
Well since i do record the breakfast i have to be among the first to be there , so i don't disturb other guests but is a big hotel that somehow looks like a boutique hotel , so i guess during breakfast time when is almost fully booked there will be a lot of people waiting there. When i was there one elevator wasn't working but at the time the hotel had just openned a few months before. It has 3 elevators in total.If u r in a budget i give u 2 tips were to eat good and cheap close to the hotel : one is "2 Bros. Pizza" on the corner of 6th ave and 25th street and the other is "Operation falafel" ,falafel from Dubai located on 7th ave , when u go outside the hotel walk to the left until 7th ave. cross the street and as u walk down u will see it (very tasty). u can google both places. And another in downtown is Sophie's Cuban Cuisine in Financial District ,for some tatsy Cuban sandwiches.
Do they charge you any "hidden fees" not incluid on the booking price?
I don't keep my receipts long after a stay but what u usually can expect in hotels as extra charges are city taxes that some hotels have, depending the city and country in which the hotel is located. Where I booked it the price remained constant.

@@heldermachado780 Hi Helder, yes i did visit Sao Miguel. Will be uploading the videos bit by bit. I liked it very much, didn't get to go swimming but just being by the ocean it was so relaxing , people so friendly and those extra narrow sidewalks ;-) , enjoy your stay in NYC , greetings Emmanuel.
There's a refundable damage deposit of $100 a day, with a cap of $500 for longer stays. But it's refundable if there's no damage in your room that might be your fault.
I thought the bar was closed I called and they said they had no working bar
As you can see in the video they do have a working bar.
