Wow! I've had aux issues for so long! Have been going in and out for a few years and finally stopped completely last week. I went to a shop to get it fixed and the guy basically told me to replace my entire stereo. I decided to look online for a fix. Saw this video, did exactly what it said and fixed the issue within 10mins! Smh! Thx so much!

@casketkey If the CD is stuck then there is a problem with the loading mechanism and needs to get repaired. By forcing it out, you might cause a damage to the unit and makes it unrepairable or cost more to repair.
My Camry is Manual stick shift, the center console is a different process. I removed it a while back when I was installing a Manual shifter boot, the thing I don't understand is why do we have to remove the center console to get to the factory head unit. Some cars it's easier because you only have to remove the vents.
the side covers mentioned at the start are different in the Australian version of this car. I have a Toyota Aurion 2007 and the side covers extend the full length of the centre consul.
Anybody know how to adjust left/right audio speaker balance on this very sterio? I know that's random but I'm very confused! The owner's manual instructions don't work as fee I don't know if the previous owner replaced the system or what

We had the Battery changed and Nav is dead!! screen says:"insert Map DISC" The open and close switch works and i can take Disc out BUT it is not recognised by the system!! It was working perfectly well just before the battery change.My Toyota couldn't fix it (?) and sent us to an audio car repairer, who says $800 because it needs a new Laser reader!! Fuses are fine. I refuse to think that just changing the battery would make such a problem. Is this problem common in camry grande? Any advice ?An e-mail would be great!
Every time you disconnect the battery, the unit needs to load the software from the disc into the unit but since the dvd drive is bad then it wont load and nothing works. Please contact us through our website or call for estimate.
The tune knob on my similar headunit is presed in permanently..it moves but it's pushed in and i can't adjust bass treble on my music...is there any way to get it unstuck?

Hello, I have 2007 Camry Hybrid w/ Nav + JBL. My Map DVD won't stay in. When I insert it, the disk goes in, then when the disk is all the way in a strange noise comes up like plastic gears grinding. Then the disk comes out. PLEASE HELP ME, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Did you replace the Aux port or the cable to the radio?

I have the base radio in my Camry can I change it to the nav radio with the hvac control?

Navigation Drive Unit under the driver seat is bad. You need to have it repaired or replaced.
I have a regular Camry 08 with a regular stock stereo no navigation do you know if I can use that stereo on my car

Looks like tuner control switch is broken. You need to have it repaired or replaced.

What if the screen for this model dims out when brightness is at full capacity what could possibly be the problem?
Problem could be the back light or front panel circuit board.
