I made it to the bus in 2019! So happy I was able to see it before they moved it! I owe that entire trip to Lifestyle Overland, your first Alaska trip got me off my fat butt and into my FJ and on the road! I can never thank you enough for helping me regain my spirit of adventure I thought was lost forever.
While I came to watch a video about Alaska and overlanding the best part of this video is the fun and memories Caroline and her friend were making. It’s great to see the kids making friends and memories on these type of trips. They could of passed for sisters. It was hard to tell them apart when they were running everywhere they were going. It’s been 6 months since I drove to Alaska for my first time. I say the first time because videos like this make me want to return to take my GX460 instead of my Ram 2500 work truck. Good story telling, breathtaking shots, and music in this episode. 👍🏼👍🏼😎 Thank you for sharing.

Thanks for sharing another great Alaskan adventure. Alaska is such a wonderful place why not go back to video some new destinations like the Alaska Marine Hwy, Nome, Barrow, Bristol Bay, Cordova, Kodiak Island, Juneau and Sitka ?
One day we will. The ferry prices are through the roof these days though. Our original plan to ride it up in our own rig and trailer was going to cost $10,000.... One way! So, for now we do what we can.
@@LifestyleOverland OK. I've been to Cordova and Kodiak Island by plane from Anchorage then rented cars locally. Their surrounding regions are well worth exploring by car/4WD. My next trip to Alaska I want to take flights from Anchorage to Nome, Juneau and Sitka and rent cars locally.

Really enjoyed this one! No it wasn't the big splash, I promise (HAhahaha) OK maybe! I'm prejudiced though, my back yard. Smart move on turning around to get to the Magic Bus site, those trucks are heavy and the bog would have made life very interesting for you. Then there is a couple of rivers beyond that you have to cross. Been there a couple times with ATV, but water is always way to high for me to consider crossing. You know you have to come back up here, right? Just going to give you a hint to think on.....ATV/UTV overnight adventures.
Hey, I have trouble with my dog getting wet and muddy then jumping back in the 4runner. Y’all cleaning the dogs legs ans paws before him jumping back in? Any tips??
