Greetings Darren and Tristan. Great to see you and your team are back. Loved Errol’s two-tone floor post. We are waiting patiently to see if we are lucky to have you guys do our renovation early next year… Keep posting this should look lovely by the year end….
Hello Darren the job is coming along nicely. It will be a big living space when finished. Was Tristan using drywall adhesive to stick them beads on. If he was you need to be careful. That adhesive dries very hard and brittle. It can cause the beads to come away if they are knocked. I am only mentioning it because I had to go and repair some where the plasterer had done this. Just trying to help mate it's not a criticism. More often than not they will be ok.
Darren that last job on the corner house was crummy. It will be good to old cowboy build getting accelerated. You've made some progress in the mates kitchen, house job. Solid work.
Darren where you are boxing in the beam where the sewer pipe runs through the wall will you have to fill in the gap around the pipe at a later date? I noticed the small gap in the video. That kitchen diner is going to be massive! Although the flooring colour choice is definitely an aquired taste 🤣
What happened to the new flats you were building pal I know you stopped cos of your foreign developer !! I take it you couldn’t resolve the issues ! Did you get paid or you want me go sort him out for ya bud
@@Mark-gf7yw I pay for skips before delivery so was paid for weeks before the new build job which started 1st week in June. So I would have called them to collect some time in June. Just never knew that they didn’t collect it as client didn’t say anything. So likely right around the time they folded is when they were meant to collect but just never informed anyone they were going bust. Probably so they could take as much payments as possible. That’s nasty on their part because a lot of people paid for a service that they never got. They got almost £400 for basically dropping off an empty skip. If that’s how their ethics were then it’s good they went bust 👍🏾
@@darrenthebuilder You're right, they have been living it up since then, on hard working peoples money like yourself, holiday in Morocco, parties etc etc..........Maybe karma will get them 🤔
Darren you must be mind reader while watching the video I was thinking where the other 2 lads, and then you said they was painting on another job , Tristan come on along way it's great how you can leave him knowing his work will be spot on, excellent stuff it's coming along very nicely well done darren 👍
Give ashville a call for the skip they are also on TH-cam. Great job, can't wait to see more content on the cowboy build

Loving the format where you chat whilst you work Darren.
It certainly is difficult boxing in those overhead steels, but great work by Tristan and you. It will be nice to see the cowboy build again.
Which one bud
Great vlog Darren, busy times again. Glad you planted the camera, I was getting wobbly lol. Stay well.

If ever you want to work in and around Birmingham, I'd love to use you guys. I have various HMO conversions that I want to undertake.

How long have you had the skip?…..They went into liquidation in July. No wonder they went bust, a skip company with no skips 😂
