- Hello, today we will be looking into world of yellow chemistry (poor Explosions&Fire). A.K.A. Chloric acid. This acid is very reactive against organic compounds and it spits out unstable chlorine dioxide for more fun.

This is like Nile red tier stuff . Shame it isn’t more popular
Thank you soooo much!!!! Also sorry for such a late feedback! ;)
Bet it smelled great
That is not funny you can die.... Chlorine can kill you.....
Word to the wise: don't ever heat it. A guy I collaborate with online heated chloric acid in his lab, and there was a very loud explosion. Probably because perchloric acid started forming.
Angry yellow chemicals strike again. Purple chem is friend.
Opting into yellow chemistry ???
This substance un stable right? Also NaCl+h2SO4 =naso4 + HCl gas but no water added. I'm little Confused
Yes you're re right but this wasnt NaCl, but NaClO3, thus the acid that formed wasn't hydrochloric but chloric acid. This acid is stable at low concentrations.
