But no really, this movie is beautiful in it's message. It's simply telling us all the importance of balancing out yourself. The movie takes you from one extreme to the next and shows you why it by itself is not as attractive as you want it to be.

I'll never forget tagging along with my sister and her best friend to go see this movie. I was at least 11 or 12.

She's trying to act like she isn't embarrassed by Elliot and putting on a fake smile. I don't see anything suggesting she was about to break character.
i think the idea is that Elliot's coworkers are looking over from a distance, and she's giving them an embarrassed but desperate smile. then they approach later to save her.

I was 12 when I saw this movie, and I thought Liz Hurley in that swimsuit was the hottest woman on earth and wanted to grow up to look like her. Didn't quite happen but still have fond memories of this movie. I can still sing the dolphin song word for word, and I usually do when I'm about to cook with mayonnaise 😅

Fraser is so fucking talented and this proves it.
I think a lot of people didn't like this because they didn't understand the humor in it. Also I always liked how much Elliot changed throughout the movie. He was super awkward and shy in the beginning, and he gets to the point where he is basically talking sht to the devil who is a super hot woman that before he probably would have been really shy and nervous around.
