Maganda ung view pero ung mismong bahay kapag 40M nde ganyang design ang gusto ko. They can make it a lot classier with that budget.
I think the lot is more expensive than the house itself...antipolo is a very pricey market when it comes to housing projects especially that it's flood-free and the view to the metro.

20M in san juan is so glamour than this watch it on Presello. It's design and materials use are way better than this.

The first level should have been a big living room. The masters bedroom should have been located on the top floor. The first basement should have been for the other rooms, recreational area, where the common balcony is located, overseeing the mountains or scenery. A infinity pool could have given more value for the 40M.
Kinatatakutan lang dito kung malapit ba ito sa fault line. Ppl won't invest in something na delikado for their safety. Ang ganda ng location to be honest

I visited sun valley before, maganda sobra. Malayo sa marikina valley vault line sya lampas cogeo, antipolo sya. Ang pangit yan para sakin dyan for area ng antipolo is pulang lupa which is super lambot pag umuulan.

I fell in love with this property! From the facade it doesn't feel like it's a huge house! And ang laki laki ng lot! Of course the view is very wonderful!

They should have involved an ID consultant in the Space planning before construction.
The house indeed is spacious and the design modern but the Space planning sucks. This could have been a 5-6 Bedroom house if the area allocations was layed-out properly. All bedrooms are over spaced being that aside from the bed sets they expect you to include a seating area as well which is unnecessary. The Master doesn’t even have a proper walk-in.
For that cost, they didn’t even include the perimeter fencing for security.
Nice location, yung paint sa bahay di masakit sa mata na blend well sya sa surroundings nya. Maraming greenery im sure malamig dito. Ilan years from now im sure tataas value nito. Kaso lang hillside sya eh i dont know if its safe pero cguro nmn ang nagdevelop neto they know about hillside house construction kung ani dapat para safe.

the lot area and the location is what made this worth p40M...problem is that I don't visualize myself living there...instead, I visualize this place as an event place for intimate weddings given the layout of the ground floor and 2nd basement...if swimming pool is added, this would be a good vacation house...:)

Laki ng bahay pero pangit ng design ng mga cabinets, sinks, toilets, lavatories, etc.
It offers so much room for innovation and creativity. I just wonder, how come there sre a lot of proprties for sale in that subdivision? Its not really new nor a very old development but hhen again, if we were to invest, I will have to do some thorough investigation about the site. If slls well, then, we may have a deal before this year ends.
