Instead of "Punishing Everyone"... How about make "repeat parking infractions" progressively more costly, such that "taking the ticket becomes more expensive with each infraction"...

The city is making money from daily parking tickets, that add up to thousands per month.. You people really think the city is going to change that 🤦😂😂 You can complain all you want, the city obviously knows and doesn't care about your feelings 😂
