Dear Michael, Great show today! Thank you so much!. I lived in Manhattan in the late 70’s. All the Italians treated me like a lady. My friend Louise would take me to Little Italy for Italian food and one of the Italian men would always send a glass of wine over. I agree with you on the RICO issue. Kindest regards, Yvonne Solis Santa Fe, New Mexico 78 years old
I’m a retired NY State Department of corrections officer of over 25 years. I’ve known many wise guys, soldiers, capos and a boss. Each and every one of them has been a gentleman, treating me with nothing but respect. Most of them are serving life w/o parole. One was found “Not guilty” by the jury and then sent to prison for life without parole by the judge. WTF?! The jury sat in amazement at how the judge would waste their time by sitting on a jury for months and when they made a “lawful decision” to find the defendant not guilty then just say, “No! He’s guilty and I don’t care what you people say 😳. WOW….and that’s what they call equal justice under the law? Sad
@MichaelFranzese7 hey Mike, love your TH-cam channel. I worked at Sing sing right out of the academy. Green as grass and we had to try to control these wild men in a huge, 4 tier, cell block (A block) 😳B was 5 tiers high but less cells. The place was a madhouse, fights every hour or so. Weapons found all over. A huge fight was in A block, an inmate came up to the gate with an ice pick style weapon stuck in his neck. Crazy place late eighties early nineties. God❤️bless you and your family ☘️best of luck
you do understand the service of a jury is to give a recommendation, right? they are not the law-thank god for that. most people are simpletons. they’re hardly ever actual peers. they don’t even have to posess a high school diploma. it’s terrifying that you think that way.
This was a Great commentary Michael. I enjoyed it very much. 1/2 Italian and 1/2 Sicilian. I understand a little bit about what you're talking about. I lived in NYC in the 70s,80s, and early 80s. It always seem to me like the punishment against the Italians was punitive more than justice. Because they were present in the neighborhoods they were, people actually felt safe because of it. Including the cops. They knew those Neighborhoods were an easy detail, because NO ONE was trying to steal their cars, or attack a woman. If there was violence or a murder found on the streets, it wasn't the neighborhood guy that worked for ConEd. The gangster world was self contained, and they took pride in their Neighborhoods being safe. It breaks my heart when you here that they arrested some 78 year old guy that was in the life, or connected with it, and we have south American gangs on the streets killing people in the streets of their own neiborhoods with machetes, and they flood their own neighborhoods, and any close to them with illegal deadly drugs and are quick to pull a gun on ANYONE. that's why, when I see a book written about the Jewish mafia, or the Irish gangs, or Jamaica, Dominican, or Russian gangs, I always say, "yeah, the law should focus on them. Their the bad guys, not the italians". But, nothing gets a cop a headline like 79 year old mafia member arrested in his Brooklyn home today. It's wrong. Where's Colombo's italian American Civil Rights League when you need them. We have to get back to taking pride in all we gave the world, like our fathers taught us. We gave the world culture, food, science, but the only thing Italians are know for is the Mafia. Not good. Stay well Mr Franzese, and good fortune to you and your family.
My dad was a law abiding citizen all of his life but even he agreed that justice was based on how much one could afford. He often told us that if you want justice you go to a brothel, If you want screwed you go to a courthouse. Funny how a man that never had a run-in with the law can see it but others can't
Its the same here in the UK I think something bigger is happening behind the scene. Everything is out of control and if not stopped the whole world is is trouble.

I believe the FED has always treated the Mafia unfair under the law (unconstitutionally) because the mafia is excellent at crime and people trusted them and the FED is terrible at crime and people know not to trust them.
Our system of "justice" is the worst in the world. It always has been. Nowhere else in the world can you be tried in multiple jurisdictions for the same crime. Nowhere in the world are prison populations larger per capita. My thought is to keep a low profile and off everyone's radar. But prisons are corporate for profit businesses. So, whatever you do, keep your nose clean. I don't think we will see this go away for a very long time. The government does NOT like competition.

Also keep in mind the old saying, “a grand jury can indict a ham sandwich,” meaning, that not only does any prosecutor have discretion on who to charge, we have so many laws that it is nearly impossible to escape their wrath if they target you. Corrupt law officials will use arcane laws, threaten family & loved ones and even use tactics to trip people up into committing vague crimes. I’m very pro-law enforcement, but very anti-corruption like this.
Great talk. The problem is that politicians from city government all the way up, have to accept money to buy advertising in order to win elections. The people that fund their campaigns expect favors in return, and the politician is obligated to return those favors. All politicians are bought and paid for. The only way to temper this would be to alot funds for the top candidates and forbid by law any politician to accept money from big business and outside organizations by penalty of law.
Michael, a year and a half ago I was on my way to the gym. I would go every morning at 5:30 before work. I parked my car and was walking to the gym, when a homeless maniac started to scream at me. Being a runner, I began jogging to get to safety. This dude kept chasing me. I knew he could never physically catch me, but what if he had a gun? Out of nowhere, a doorman called out and I went to him. He locked the door behind me. The maniac was banging on the glass door and throwing anything he could find to get into the building. This was in NYC, Manhattan. I live in a luxurious building, have a private elevator, underground parking, etc. I do all I can to keep myself safe. I MISS HAVING ORGANIZED CRIME HERE. Never would a wise guy allow a dude to hurt a woman. Ever since that happened, I carry a gun at all times. I know it is against the law, but what choice do I have? Our DA, Alvin Bragg, refuses to prosecute anyone! Most of the cops who know me, know I am carrying and they look the other way. They too know that if I am attacked I have to protect myself. I am 5'5" tall and weigh 113 lbs. I could never fight off a 200 pound man, but I can aim and shoot. Thanks for this video Michael. xoxo
Yes, what is going on. I believe a lot of us are aware. We may not know what to do about it. I stay prayful regarding my family - putting a protective shield around them. I also pray for my country. It's very scary to be punished for a crime, because of what a person thinks. 😢

The crimes that are committed by the individuals that are affecting every major city in this country is at its all time high, they’re not prosecuting any anyone other than going after the one guy that’s on the TV every day and it’s not right
I'm not proud to admit this but it is what it is. I just got out of federal prison on July 3rd and I'm back home. I had one single nonviolent gun charge. I basically let a guy hold my shotgun in 2020 because Antifa/BLM were rioting in Upstate New York. He gave me a song and dance about protecting his family. The man was a felon and I did not know it. He gets arrested, dropped a dime on me, I get pinched and I had to do time for that...but I digress...Sir, You are ALWAYS telling it like it is, and I agree with you 100% with what you are stating. Certain people get slapped on the wrist while other people have to try to heal and attempt to put their life back together again after going through hell (prison). Only by the grace of God was I able to get through it and be back home with my family.

Keep up the great work Michael!!!! Sending love and prayers from Ohio. I'm also cracking open my first bottle of your wine this evening with my homemade Carbonara!!!!
Bugsy Siegel said it best
"We only kill each other" and now those people hurt whoever is in the way.. :(
Yeah, sure. This is the biggest bullshit which Michael promotes as well unfortunately. Murder was only taken seriously if it was against another made member. Other than that no one cared.
Many thanks to you for this channel and to your teaching. You’re a good man yourself I give thanks to the Lord, and for you give wisdom to those punks think that crime is the way to get glory they are wrong. Many blessings to you and yours.
Sir, you have told the truth in every bit. I do believe that the judiciary prejudices are there. Calling out the bullshit. Thank you for your show. 👍🙏
Diggin the "glass of wine" videos. You know they're going to be very impacting in terms of the world today.
I am sicken by what is happening to those that commit crimes and are held responsible.
I'm glad there are fighters like you and I out there
Fantastic Mike always speaking TRUTH...love from the UK 🇬🇧 👏❤ 👍 xx ❤️
Dear Michael,
Great show today! Thank you so much!.
I lived in Manhattan in the late 70’s. All the Italians treated me like a lady. My friend Louise would take me to Little Italy for Italian food and one of the Italian men would always send a glass of wine over.
I agree with you on the RICO issue.
Kindest regards,

God❤️bless you and your family ☘️best of luck
you do understand the service of a jury is to give a recommendation, right? they are not the law-thank god for that. most people are simpletons. they’re hardly ever actual peers. they don’t even have to posess a high school diploma. it’s terrifying that you think that way.
our judicial system is so messed up.Thank you Mike for this video
God bless you Micheal, you’ve been a great inspiration in my life 🙏🏻
Michael, greetings from Canada me and my father we appreciate you a lot!
I agree one hundred percent! It’s not fair it’s not right and things have got to change!!!!!
My dad was a law abiding citizen all of his life but even he agreed that justice was based on how much one could afford.
He often told us that if you want justice you go to a brothel, If you want screwed you go to a courthouse. Funny how a man that never had a run-in with the law can see it but others can't
Well done again Michael ! unfortunately our countries are going to learn the hard way and it's sad but true mate
Its the same here in the UK I think something bigger is happening behind the scene. Everything is out of control and if not stopped the whole world is is trouble.
God bless you Michael. Love watching your videos and learning from your profound wisdom 🙏
Micheal i hear you loud and clear judge people individually alll my views are similar to yours we woulda got along just fine back then and now thank u for your voice
@michael_franzese816 hello micheal hope all is well is there a number?
Extremely difficult not to fall into the life if your culturally conditioned to from earliest childhood, literally everyone you know is in the life
Hey Mike! Disparities in the criminal justice system! Great book! I myself was a victim of these things years ago! Great topic! You can or have opened the door! Good job my friend! Stay with it!
this guy franszese has gotta be one of the smartest guys your ever gonna meet, sometimes im really convinced he's a genius and if he didn't join the mob i can totally see him still today serving on the board of some major new york area hospital and/or being a head surgeon or something at one of them, like head cardiac surgeon at mt. sinai or wherever.
@@michaelfranzese thats pretty cool youd actually respond to my comment and its not the first either, amazing considering the amount you get overall from people, love the videos keep it up.
He was going to be a doctor but his father went to jail so he decided to join the mob to support his mom,his whole life story sounds like a netflix story series
Michael is the real deal, love u to bits michael, intelligent, honest and a leader, god bless brother
@ivan9970 Yes, our prison system doesn't even accept bribes. Which makes it MUCH MUCH worse.
Just finished hearing your book "Blood Covenant"... great read & it was even better because you read it! I'm on to the next one.... continue to stay blessed!
Time to try politicians under the RICO stature as well.
Amen, Michael. Great show
Jury nullification needs to be on the forefront
YES!! People no longer realize that juries are able to judge not only the accused but the law itself! That's why the fastest way in the world to be 'excused' from jury duty is to mention Jury Nullification :(
You Are so right and hitting bullseye with your statements about this unfair treatment of dying mobsters who should have been released long ago to their familie. Thank you Michael for All the amazing stuff you put out, and hopefully Will open som eyes. 😮 Are you comming to Denmark, Scandinavia som time in the near future??! Thank you Michael 😊 your loyal follower from Copenhagen, Denmark

Does anyone here knows how to contact Mrs Katherine Miller? thank you.

Spot on. We remain free because of our courts. Yet, it is also slowly turning US to sheep. It's up to voters. Power ALWAYS to the PEOPLE. God bless...
This whole Biden thing has been bugging me since day one, as soon as he opened the border, I knew he was looking for votes in twenty-four which is screwed up. He can't go soon enough!

You just give positive vibes and I think highly of you, never even met you.
Michael,
I'm a 52 year old half-Irish / half-Italian.
If I have a choice for neighbors between a made la Cosa Nostra guy, or, an elected "public servant"?
I'm picking the red, white, and green ALL DAY LONG.
Michael you are a very special person, you are truthful, your past is your past! You now have a new life as a Christian keep up with your faith and enjoy your beautiful family! God Bless you and your family!
Thank you Michael again your on it bringing up an issue that is totally is a mess and your right I totally agree with you. I respect your opinion and I totally totally agree with you. God bless you and your family❤❤❤
Loved the show today. I totally agree with everything you said. Our Country is in serious trouble. I moved to Texas from NYS because of the politics, taxes and direction it's going.
We appreciate your outlook and point of view from various topics. From classic cases to your point of view of the great mob movies.
Appreciate your honesty about the life
Love you. (You remind me of Clark Gable.) I was a court reporter for 25 years. You are right about the legal system.
Michael , your videos are truely one of a kind , keep it up man and most of all god bless and stay safe 🙏🏻
Well said and I agree with you 100% Michael. God bless you.
My sister is still on ice waiting for blood work from the coroner to see if she overdosed on fentanyl what is this country coming to its sad
This government if far more corrupt than then many made guys today. God bless you and your family. Michael..
Another great film Michael, as ever very informative, giddy be with you and your loved ones
@MichaelFranzese7 theres no way my friend Michael Franzese would post this get in touch
Liberty and justice for all.
I can’t wait for the meeting at Harvest.
It will be a huge blessing to say the least.
I’m about to sign up today.
Michael I'm from Scotland but have been a criminal all my life. I'm old now but I still miss the buss . The old days are gone .but respect is still a great think Michael Franzesse. American is the most corrupt country in the world..
But at least regular criminals don’t expect moms and pops shops to pay protection money like mobsters do. Taking a vantage of mom and pop stores is a cowardly act to me
It’s such Hypocrisy and Michael you’re show is a great example of how to do your research on a subject and then give it to your audience with an intelligent and informed opinion thank you for your giving us a chance to learn more about the way the law only applies to the public not the Elites in power
Hello Michael.
I always like to suck down a beer or two at the end of the week and listen to your news.
I hope you are well and happy, and I send you good wishes from England. You know us, we're that little island of the coast of Europe.
Take care old lad. X
We love u Michael!! Do ur thang boo boo we got u
Great video Mike, and yes your 💯 right this should not happen to anyone.
You’re right about the two systems!! Your stories always have truth and substance !! ♥️
I hear you Mr. Franzese . You and I are about the same age and American , Sicilian we have respect and we watch the system and government go sideways . This has been going on for along long time . The Italian mafia was giving the US Government a good run and the US. Government don't like competition lol . Have a great day Sir .
Enjoy as always, as far as setting the tone for your podcast , your theme music is perfect. Which I thought about the sopranos theme music, I would listen to it before every episode, I could have skipped it.
Just as your theme music, it draws you in. Interesting how that works, could be a interesting topic.
Michael you really give me a chuckle with that glass of wine lately. I can’t but enjoy it. I hate to see what’s going on out there. Our kids and grandkids!!!!!! Help us Lord Jesus Christ please.
