Rotate your bathroom mirrors sometime or maybe put some tile design in the bathroom. Add pictures and maybe some plants around the house. Just go crazy ur next flip lol keep this series goin man!!!

I wonder if on the next flip, you could just fix/clean it, and not furnish it, then start the auction. If it doesn't look like you'd make enough profit, then start furnishing
Hey next time you do floors and you doing area you can move your person with the flooring before you Accept it you can do the whole floor all at once just move yourself around
Would love to see multiplayer where you can auction against other players for houses to flip or buy finished houses. They could make this game AMAZING if they keep adding to it.
I know this is an old Aries but u need certain items in a room for the game to register it as a specific room, so an office for example needs a rug as well as a chair desk and monitor while a family room needs to have a couch, table, rug, TV a picture and a toy. Just a little tip for anyone that sees this haha there are tons of room types though so you might have to look it up.
For everyone that is complaining about what he is using for tiles and other things, the game hasn't been updated to do anything yet. Not sure if they will but....yeah. BTW Jeff, I love Cocoa Beach :)
My only complaint on this is the order of operations. You should paint the walls before flooring or installing drapes and or radiators... Minor but irritating. Yes, you could paint after flooring, but then you would have to cover the flooring...
Does this game have controller support? I really want to get this game but wish they had more tiles n paint options. I hope they let us mod it like The Sims, you could upload any design and make it a tile.
