I think your pacing is really great with this, and having the option of this or the live streams depending on how much gameplay you want to watch is excellent. I am really enjoying the journey. I enjoy your editing style as well and how you show off stuff and things that I think other playthroughs might edit, like crafting and inventory management and map stuff. 10/10 series.
It's almost like watching someone play a survival game, being able to see how they manage and keep things like resources ticking over, makes you feel like your part of the journey. I agree, too many people want to cut it all out and just show the end result which flash cut hey look bronze! It doesn't have the same feel because you have no idea what it took or how long between the upgrades: Journey before Destination

Sl1p keep in mind different enemies are weak to different types of damage I would craft and upgrade a bronze mace because there are a lot of enemies that are weak against blunt damage. Also upgrade the axe for enemies weak against slash damage.
I think the slow penalty isn’t too bad. It gives you the choice to be slow and beefy with the bronze or less beefy and fast and sneaky with the troll gear. If you ask me that’s cool instead of only having one possibility. Love the playthrough 😁
I did the other way arround do the troll armor and skip copper armor ,make tool/weapon etc.. instead and keep troll armor until run/jump get higher lvl and jump to iron armor . Keep the good work sl1p always fun the watch your video 😜
I made and upgraded the bronze set and found that actually, the troll set is better for stamina and movement, especially considering the fact that avoidance is always better than mitigation in this game. Unless you're specifically making a tank build. If so, the mace is the better weapon. Tanks are only really effective in multiplayer. So TLDR; Troll armor is better for an archer, and you will find yourself using your bow more often than not on bosses and tougher mobs.
man watching you searching a black forest makes me laugh because you got one right behind your base up the hill. saw it a few episodes ago but when you watch it like 2 weeks later there is no chance to tell it on point daim it i found the vids toolate. but still great work you do with this series.
The gates and tables that take damage exposed to the rain don't need to be repaired. Weather will only degrade them to 50% and no further. They will never be broken naturally.
slip, if you use the hoe to make a path over to your copper and tin. after making the path you will be able to use the cart better taking it along the path you make
If you look at the oval stone pattern, use the pick inside the stones and dig down 2-3 to find chests sometimes and bones. The stones that are kinda standing upright.
When going against the wind use 1 speed you will see an indicator above the wind direction that usually show a sail turn in to Rutter or paddle so you can still move also can reverse just slow hope this helps
Slip I haven't played this game but based on the pathing from your copper pit you made, I feel like you should make a deep narrow moat around your base. Then you can just pelt the enemies with arrows.
theres rock formations in the shape of boats if you dig down about three lengths witht hte pick and minr it out it has hidden treasures like chests bones and coins
I just got to the end and saw that you mentioned terraforming between two water sources :P well, this could mean an amazing base area place, for future ref.
I'm currently only watching you and JB play this game. You both are about even in progress, slightly different unlock progress between you. It would be really cool to see you guys do this game together but the resource grind would be so much worse
it's my understanding that the Eikthyr buff is only for running and jumping not overall stamina and it's kind of intended to help with the resource grind and transportation in this stage of gameplay.
‘Suppor-aaaaaaaaaarrr-OUCH’ should be a word they should add to the dictionary.. Also, I completely agree with ‘Egg of Dirt’ being a Japanese Punk Rock band.. 😂
Remove the wood stool. Keep only the Wood chair. (they don't stack) The chair gives 2 comfort and the stool gives 1 comfort and *OVERWRITES* the chair, so you only get 1c instead of 2c. It's weird like that and doesn't take the highest value.
Considering you kite every enemy you encounter, I don't think anything that slows down your speed is a good idea unless you can completely tank all the damage.

Too late. Need to corpse run for at least 30m now because this 'deathsquito' that I never saw coming.
@@Zezash Lost my corpse permanent & gave up after 3 corpse runs. Had decent gear and back to full leather & rebuilding.

Hey slip, if you put 1/4 ceilings above your chests on the on the wall behind them, you can put chests on top of the walls and make a wall of storage!

Slip! You house is right next to a Viking burial! It’s the stone headstones that form a big oval in the ground!

The altars exist multiple times in their locations. Just have a look around and read all rune stones. Might not be a too long trip.

Would save a ton of time if you took the cart when mining. Plus should of made bronze pick and fully up graded it first would also save a lot of time.

Just unequip the bronze armor while ur in home or hunting deers or somthing simple and equip it if u wanna/willing to fight lot of monsters or boss

The cart is unnecessary for a single player imo, I haven’t needed it myself but when playing with a group we always use it
i totally skipped bronze armor and a bronze pick and it was 100% worth it
@sl1pg8r take down a tree in the black forest to get core wood to make the bronze pick axe
