And we're back with our opening reactions! Adrian joins us as we react to all of the Katekyo Hitman Reborn openings! I myself haven't seen any of the openings, and it's a rare show in which I'm not aware of the plot or characters so this one was a lot of fun.
I've started getting used to some new editing software, so if it looks a little clunkier than usual, that's probably the reason ahaha but I'm getting there slowly!
Also, as usual, the volume and visuals are reduced to avoid copyright shenanigans, but I hope you guys enjoy it regardless :)

Feels good to do an opening reaction again! Good news is, there's plenty more to come ahaha Have any of you guys seen Hitman Reborn? Is it worth watching?
well, it is an old anime, around 2005, i think? so try not to expect the animation quality to be the same as nowadays shounen anime, other than that, the concept, character designs and power system in this series is certainly unique, unfortunately, the anime receive the same treatment as Bleach where it didn't manage to adapt the whole manga
I would suggest watching it. The first season is really slow, but it picks up and gets great right at the start of season 2
Yeah I definitely recommend it. Be warned it starts slow as more of a comedy show and eases into the battle shounen
It's bad in some degree but it still has it's good points where it makes the series so much better
It starts off slow for the first 20 eps like a slice of life anime but after that it's really good 🙂
I feel pity for all the people giving up on this anime the first episodes.. just saying :)

This, like the manga is something that takes patience to watch. The moment you hear/see the name Rokudo Mukuro, the show turns into arguably the most underrated shonen
Indeed, if you can watch/read it untill Mukuro appears, you'll enjoy a great shonen. One of my favs

Just bear with it until chapter 20. Then the other 183 chapters will be a constant "Please, don't end"
Hitman Reborn! is one of my all time favs, starts off slow but once you get to about episode 25 it really picks up and is amazing, Definitely worth watching xx

LOLOL They’ve been in middle school from beginning to end of the series, even in the manga. However, you do see most of the characters being MUCH older because plot/spoiler reasons.
this just makes me even more intrigued ahahaha but boy they look way older than middle schoolers 😂

I have to disagree with you, how is it boring in the start!!!???? That’s why it’s underrated, the start is the introduction of each characters and you think it’s boring?!!! Katekyo hitman reborn is one of the best anime and from start to finish it was always funny.

Really basically:
Main is useless coward but he is being trained to become the leader of mafia by the small kid with gun. He has his 6 family guardians, each having a weather ring. 7 rings with "power" in total.
he does look really innocent 😂 and so they are elemental rings huh, such a fun concept! i look forward to giving it a try! 😂 thanks for watching!
@@silverstatusyt Well yes, but actually no. The colors are all physical manifestations of their power of will, and they are all flames. They however, have a special charasteristic of different weather phenomenoms. (Sun, Rain, Storm, Thunder, Cloud and Mist).

The blonde guy in the last opening is called Primo, as in “first” in Italian. By that I mean that he is from the first generation, while the main protagonist is a descendant who is from the tenth generation.

I remember reading the manga of this a long while back. It's really, really good. It's more about the mafia than hitmen. Basically the MC is supposed to be the next head of this Italian mafia (dunno how superpowers got involved, but it worked somehow).
1.when the main character gets orange eyes it is called Hyper Mode it is a mode that brings someones to their full capabilities and full awareness
2.the "Elements" you mentioned they are known as Dying Will Flames each is a different one that resembles the weather sky is sky, blue is for rain,red is for storm, green is for lightning,purple/violet is cloud, indigo is mist and Yellow is Sun.... Each have their own powers but ill only say it if ya ask-
3.The cow is known as Lambo he is a 5 yr old that has the weapon called 10 year bazooka where if you go inside you will change places with your 10 year later self so meaning you will be transported 10 yrs into the future while your 10 years older self will be in the present.... What you saw was the cows 10 years older zelf

Watching those openings was so nostalgic!!! I loved it.
So the tiny people are either children or the 7 Arcobaleno (rainbow) which are 7 strong/powerful people who made their bodies deage to.... I don't remember, but I think they were meant to stop some sort of catastrophe by sacrificing their adult bodies. They're still very much dangerous though. Also the main one, the one dressed in black is called Reborn, that's what gives the series its name.
The other 2 are... Just children, that's the cow boy and the "egg" girl.
Also I'm surprised you didn't comment on the fact that at some point they appear as adults only to then go back to looking like children.
The Arcobeleno didnt decide to deage they were forced to do so and they themselves see it as a curse

The show does a big one eighty. The first twenty to thirty or so episodes are pretty silly, goofy, but then it becomes an epic fighting, serious shounen anime that takes you by surprise. A lot of people gave up in the beginning and never got to experience the surprise and enjoyment when the show progressed into such an amazing story.
It is pretty obvious that the show is not about contract killing :P
Tsuna (the main character) is the heir to a italian Mafia family, he did not even know about. when the previous head of the family died of old age Tsuna was chosen as his successor and Reborn (the little hitman) was send out to find and "train" him.
I Cannot remain in the silent any LONGER you guys are amazing for reacting to this such an underrated anime and I enjoyed everything about this video. Thank you guys and keep being awesome!

Also you should listen to "Tsuna's awakening" it's the main character's theme song and it's really really flippin hype
The anime is a anime about a malfia group that is the strongest group. The rings represents light,lighting,water,thunder,mist,tornado,and the sky. The main group is the 10th generation of the malfia group. The guy u see at the end of the 8th opening are the 1st generation/group of the malfia.

The little guy isn’t a spirit. He is a Hitman that took a pacifier of the Sun Element. The 7 elements are Sky (Orange) Storm (Red) Rain (Blue) Sun (Yellow) Cloud (Purple) Lightning (Green) and Mist (Indigo). The animals are assists from there future selves. The guy with white hair is rare and has 5 elements. So there main element comes from the Middle Finger. He has Lightning in his Thumb, Rain in the Index, Cloud in the Ring and on his Pinky is Sun. It’s a great anime. Seen it and loved it. Might re watch it now.

Ahhh good old Katekyo. Its actually good especially the later arcs. Sadly till now it never got more episodes to finish where the manga ended.

btw i am not sure if you only read Black Clover or watch it as well since the animations were kinda lacking but i recommend you watch the recent ep 100. Its actually much much better.

It's not 5 rings, it's 7 rings. The meaning is the elements of the sky with the sky at the center. Refers to the gang leader, including orange fire, Sky, red fire, Storm, blue fire, Rain, yellow fire, Sunshine , purple fire, clouds , blue-gray fire, mist , green fire, lightning.

Katekyo "Tutor" Hitman Reborn is the story of how a regular middle schooler Tsunayoshi Sawada became the 10th generation Boss of a mafia family, The Vongola with the help of his hitman tutor Reborn.
Reborn one of my fav shounen ever, glad to see it getting recognition

The Fire Gloves boy's name was Sawada Tsunayoshi. He was a silly boy in his life but his life had changed after Reborn came to train him because Reborn was Tsuna's Katekyo(Teacher) and Reborn was the little baby in the tuxedo and he was the only Hitman not all of them😂. Reborn want Tsuna to be the next Mafia Boss of Vongola and he has his guardians to be his family. These family got 7 type of Vongola Rings and their guardians roles such as Sky Guardian, Storm Guardian, Thunder Guardian, Rain Guardian, Sun Guardian, Cloud Guardian and Mist Guardian. The strongest type of the guardian roles was the Sky Guardian, Sawada Tsunayoshi, the 10th next generation of Vongola boss. The first guardian was Gokudera Hayato, the red fire gunner and he was the Storm Guardian. The second guardian was Yamamoto Takeshi, the Rain Guardian with the Katana Sword. The third one was Sasagawa Ryohei, the Sun Guardian and you called him Rock Lee😂 The 4th Guardian was Lambo, the boy with the cow costume and horn😂 he was the Thunder Guardian. The 5th guardian was The Cloud Guardian, Hibari Kyoya, the man with purple fire. And the last guardian was The Mist Guardian, Rokudo Mukuro the man that you called Sasuke because of his eye look alike Sharinggan😂 so if you want to know more about Katekyo Hitman Reborn, you should watch it from the beginning to the end. When you watch from episode 1 until 24, you will feel weird with this anime at first, but the conflicts started in episode 25 until the end🔥👌 I hope you like my documentary 😂 and please enjoy this anime even thou it's an underrated anime but it will make you can't move on when you've watched until the end✨
Please watch this series if you haven't, even if it's just in your free time. It's ridiculous for about 20 episodes, but once it truly becomes a shounen series and found it's path, it's absolutely fantastic.

Fun fact about this series, it originally started as a pure gag manga, but after about... 7-8 volumes it transitioned into full on battle shounen. The anime condenses this a bit, but the first 20 episodes or so are still that gag comedy genre before moving into the fighting stuff

Reborn is the name of the “baby” you kept pointing out,he a hitman and they are a mafia group called vongola but the good mafia. And the main character named Tsuna is a boss in training. That’s all I can give you. You can watch the anime on Crunchyroll.
I agree that this anime is so underrated and that some gave up on it because of the first 20 episodes (?), because those episodes focus on the cowardly MC and how he's going to change. But once it gets past that it's really amazing. People should really watch it. Also, it's really fun watching you guys try to guess the storyline XD
to give a little explanation, no baby's dont possess them, the one in the suit is the only actual hitman who shoots the main character with a special bullet that causes him to enter a mode called Hyper Dying Will Mode which allows him to fight calmly (cause the protag is kind of a wimp..atleast towards the start of the series)
You should watch it. Its really amazing. And romance and lots of comedy and action.

Me, a person who got through that first arc and watched to the end of the anime: *dying of laughter* Those theories about Reborn (the tiny Hitman) are amazing! 😂
I just wanted to mention that I seriously recommend the show, it's way underrated and the ends kind of abrupt but if you can get through the first arc (first 20 eps) then it's really worth it.
Also, just wanted to mention that the 'power' that they all have (which is connected to the rings) is actually technically elemental, they're all Flames so what I'm trying to say is they aren't different elements. They all have flame power basically.
Sorry if I went off on a bit of a rant. I do that.

Katekyo Hitman Reborn is the first anime I watch. U can see that it's quite an old animation bcoz I watch it in 2007, I was only 7-years-old.
I'm writing this cuz I find out TH-cam dun have much ppl watching Hitman Reborn. only can find opening reactions.
At first, it started introducing the main characters which will accompany Tsuna until the very end.
Then, they put up a fight between Vongola family and Varia for the inheritance or the Seven Rings. Rings' stories will explain a lot about the afterwards incidents.
Next, they got dragged into a 10-year-later time loop so that another war begins.
Main characters do not know much about how the world works after 10 years so they learn how to fight n eventually get stronger.
Getting stronger to put up a fight in a game called Choice.
After that, there will be the very very very END of fight.
I dunwan tell much cuz I dunwan to spoil it if u haven't watched it. U can see that the openings become more thrilling n better animation after another.
So, I really recommend u or u guys to watch it. Start from episode 150 then watch un til 202.
I'm telling u this cuz I would be very elated to see TH-cam got a video show their reaction when watching this quite old animation.
Sad cuz no one really showing their understanding but only watch the openings of Katekyo Hitman Reborn.

Its about the Mafia, basically. And the kid is the 10th leader of the top Mafia group.
And his friends are mostly the lieutenants of the Mafia.

The flames actualy represent 2 things: Soul Aspect and a "type of sky" that represents a special property of the flame, there are 7 in acordance to the rainbow collors: Orange(Sky, Harmony(basicaly turns you into stone)), Red(Storm, Desintegration), Blue(Rain, Tranquility(paralisy)), Yellow(Sun, Activation(Like the 8 gates in naruto)), Green(Lightning, Solidification), Purple(Cloud, Expansion), Indigo(Mist, Illusion)
This is flat out my favorite anime. I wont say its the best but its my favorite and criminally overlooked because of the somewhat slow start, but even then I never understood that cause its not like those early episodes are bad. Just recently i finally got my friend into it and we’re watching it together mainly cause its hilarious seeing his reactions, but i also forgot how hikarious alot of the first 20 or so episodes were, episide 20 being when it stops being slice of life
God i wish for this show to get a resurgence.

14:11 it is the vongola 1st and 10 generation which is surprisingly look like each other, and the last one is the vongola primo(rhe first boss which died 400 years ago in tsuna's(the main character) timeline(if I am not mistaken) since tsuna looks like him and his will is to help others unlike the previous 8 generation who wants power, that's tsuna (Vongola Decimo or tenth vongola boss) is called neo vongola primo (new vongola primo) he didn't even accept to be the decimo and he said that he will destroy the vongola family, but he just change it to his will, the anime ended after the future arc, but there ia still many things gonna happen in the manga like they are going lift the curse of archobaleno (the babies they are cursed by kawahira), which is reborn sun archobaleno, fon storm arcobaleno, verde lighting arcobaleno, skull cloud archobaleno, viper mist archobaleno, colonello rain archobaleno.
