Jeep Death Wobble video

View my first hand experience driving my Jeep Wrangler as I experience the Jeep Death Wobble for the second time in one day. I can only say it feels like you have blown your tire, and then your steering wheel shakes out of control until all of a sudden, it stops as quickly as it started.
I have owned two Jeep Wranglers and never had heard of this before, but when I called my local Jeep dealership, they were all too well aware of the issue that has been on record since 2006. My Jeep Wrangler has now been sitting at the dealership for almost 30 days waiting for a repair. They claim Jeep is only sending two parts to each dealership for these repairs because they can't produce enough of them. I was never offered a loaner car, and was in fact told by the dealership to pick up the Jeep and drive it, just not over 55 MPH. I refused as I can't drive backroads to get everywhere and won't drive an unsafe vehicle.
After being in the dealership from Feb 5th- Feb 28th with no fix, the dealership said there was nothing more they could do, and to call Jeep Crystler. I did just that, opened a case file and was told a case manager would call in 24 hours to help, and that they would reimburse for the rental car I had to rent. They said they would email me a form with instructions of next steps. I have not received an email or call from anyone at Jeep. I called again today and after 45 minutes of requesting a supervisor, I was told I would have to wait 24-48 hours for a call back. This is honestly the poorest experience I have ever had since owning a car.
