    3 weeks ago i woke up to my first anxiety attack in my 26 years of life. It spiraled me into sleep deprived manic attacks and baaaaad anxiety. As i lay here, 35 min. I've finally calmed my mind, body and soul. I just wanna be normal again. For anybody going through the same hell, i love you. With positive thoughts come positive outcome. You can and you will get through this. Just hang in there. Now i try and sleep. This music works wonders. Thank you

      I recommend meditating daily. Meditation really helps with anxiety, I would know. It's not a cure but it helps a lot.

      This happened to me this week. I'm 20, although I've suffered from depression for so many years I don't think I've ever had a panic attack untill now. I can't sleep, eat, I'm shaky, I feel like I'm having a heart attack. I can't go get checked for this until Monday. I've been to the ER this week twice. Its the scariest thing that I've ever had to go through.

    Boy do I miss the days as I young child when I was able to sleep fast every night no matter what I did. I even listened to a rock song before bed and was somehow able to sleep well. After experiencing horrible anxiety, I've been having problems with sleeping, especially during school days. This music has really calmed and relaxed me, nothing like the others I've listened to. I also love the beautiful colour changing lily that also helped. Really thankful for this video

      Hey it's actually quite the opposite for me but I think it's because I'm a weed smoker now and a few hits before bed will have me sleeping tight before I know it I try not to abuse it and only smoke when I really feel it would help I recomend some good pot for good sleep I also recommend you get it from your dispensary and not a street dealer because you know what you're getting no weird pesticides and chemicals that could make you terribly ill

      Bruh I am in Elementary school and I have lots of problems with sleep, stress and anxiety. Also I don’t have any sleep disorders but I feel for anyone who has it worst then me cause sometimes I can’t get to sleep for hours on end until my body falls asleep and I can not sleep in. I don’t know why but I just can’t. Good luck getting to sleep 😴

      School can be tough! Education is supposed to be enriching, not stressful. Don't let anyone call you dumb. My history with with standardized testing began with the Iowa Test I believe. Benchmark Testing was next, and then there was a prototype test that I took that was in the works in high school. I can't remember the name.

    Just last night I was in the worst depressive episode I’ve ever experienced. I was kept at a hospital overnight so I wouldn’t do anything horrible. While I slept, I listened to this and hoped it would help. Today was the best day I’ve had in months. I felt happy and relaxed and safe. Thank you so much. This literally saved my life. And worked incredibly quickly. Much love ♥️

      I know this comment is a year old but I really hope you’re okay and doing better . I’ve been having anxiety & depression episodes daily for a while and it’s hell . My depression wants me to die but my anxiety is afraid of death. Pretty hectic. It will pass though .

    This one actually works. I don't feel creeped out or annoyed by the sounds. It's very comforting and helps me to drift off to sleep. However, I have very odd dreams, like meeting Celene Dion (I am not even a fan!) and having my dishwasher installed in the wrong place. Oh, well...at least I sleep.

      I agree. Passed out for about an hour and I don't even remember falling sleep. Had some really freaky nightmares but honestly the quality of sleep I got in this one hour means I'm no where close to complaining.

    I am amazed at how well this works. I have had insomnia for over 10 years and have been diagnosed with several autoimmune disorders. I have listened to several videos similar to this one. Usually night nature sounds or rain etc, but I have never had a video work this well. I'm not on any other social media so it may be difficult for me to learn more about your company.
    First let me say. Please don't take this video down ever. I have become extremely dependent on it. Second, I would love for you to make this video into an 8 hour video.
    Third, I would be glad to assist you with monetary compensation if you could extend this video. My health has improved since listening to this video. I have more energy during the day and my depression is almost completely gone.
    I don't know what sort of science or magic you are using in this video but I am telling you it works.
    I believe you have a website and I will visit it to learn more.

      Mindy Vaughn myself included. i have RA, Fibromyalgia, and Chronic Fatigue. I have suffered from bouts of insomnia from time to time, which makes my anxiety pretty bad. Finding these videos have been a God sent, the benefits are really amazing and really fast.I thank Gpd for the org, who distributes this healing music.     man i have to say reading some of the comments on this have really restored and rejuvinated my love for humanity. I just started having major panic attacks 2 months ago, came out of the blue, today was the first time i thought about maybe trying to listen to calming music when sleeping and im glad i found this channel! to all you guys in the comments section, seriously, you are amazing.     To anyone reading I hope this has helped, I have been listening to this video since I’ve last had a panic attack which has lead to my anxiety to become out of hand and being put on medication, this has no joke really really really helped with my insomnia and also helped me drift to sleep whilst focusing on the noise :)

    To anyone reading this. I had horrible anxiety to the point I would scream and cry thinking I was going to die almost everynight. I started listening to this at night to calm me and I would constantly pray. One year later I haven't had an anxiety attack and I'm so thankful.

    I’m diagnosed with anxiety and this has helped.
    Dear people who have cared to venture down here, if you have anxiety too here are some tips,
    Stay close to those you trust.
    I know it may be hard but TALK TO OTHERS I don’t mean to be intense but don’t make my mistake. I kept it to myself and it was the worst pian I’ve ever experienced.

    I spent most of my day contacting people I didn't want to contact out of high anxiety that I had done something or said something wrong the last time we had spoke as they had said nothing to me since. I'm hoping this works, I really want to sleep well

    I get bad anxiety at night and basically every day. I feel like at night is one of the worst though. Sometimes when its dark i feel like something creepy is watching me so I get sweaty and stay paralyzed with fear but then i get the guts to go turn on a light. Then after that I cant sleep. And that is happening right now as i am getting bad anxiety. Right when i was writing this my lights randomly turned off and I had a little panic attack. But thanks for the music.

    I have been struggling with anxiety for a while now and the attacks I had were so awful it made my life so hard and daily tasks almost impossible, this video helped me sleep at nights, I’m on my first day of beta blockers and I wish I had known about it sooner, I feel completely myself and have managed to do things I haven’t done for a while. If anyone struggling with the physical symptoms of anxiety sees this please consider speaking to your doctor about it. I felt like I was never going to be myself again but after today I feel like this is the first big step ❤️

    I had a really tough childhood and now I’m suffering from depression ( what I am going through right now it is so hard that I can’t even wish it to my own enemy )
    I woke up terribly panicking and thought I was going to die I had difficulty breathing and it was so bad !
    I just wanted to thank you because it calmed me down a bit

      amira ayachi That was just a panic attack you’re okay I promise. If it happens again just know you’re not gonna die, you’re not gonna have a heart attack or anything, that’s just what panic attacks feel like, I deal with them too. At first they were so scary but I’ve learned to deal with them. You’re okay❤️

    hoping writing in a safe space can help me! been dealing with generalised anxiety for a while but ever since my mum passed i’ve been getting really bad anxiety flare ups, a lot linking to health anxiety and social anxiety. i’m looking all over yourube to find any audio that can completely smooth my anxiety and stop these excruciating waves of panic that fill my body but i can’t seem to fully ease of and sleep. i had a really great night too! but i’m struggling so hard to shake it off tonight and it’s leaving me in bed feeling so useless and out of control. just want to thank these comments and the people who put together this video for helping me handle some of these waves. something to deafen the silence and to ease myself. for anyone reading this too: you’re okay. you are here. you are alive and everything is going to be okay. every time you’ve felt stuck or unable to get through anything you always live on each day. every time you thought you couldn’t make it you managed to get through. you’ve managed to ease off all those panic attacks, all those times when you thought you couldn’t get back up again. you are so strong and you are okay. nothing is here to hurt you. your brain is making stuff up but i promise you you’re okay and you’ll make it through this all over again

      I feel... my mom was against them but after a year with my anxiety increasing more and more, thinks I might need them but I just dont want to feel like there's something wrong with me when I know there is. I just dont wanna feel like it... I'm 15 almost 16 btw. I've always had anxiety but... never this bad

      @@michellesaxton2039 theres nothing wrong with you. Ive jad anxiexty since i was 14. And i never wanted to admit it because i didnt want to tjink or admit there was anything wrong with me. Im 23 now and i only wish ive said something before or tooken the meds i need before. Believe me life hasnt been easy. Theres this video i once seen. About thi mom who tolf her daughter if she ever feel anxious to let her know so theycan go to tje doctors and do something about it because people with anxiety are missing something from theyre brain that helps them fight that. Therefore the pills help. You wouldnt tell someone who has diabities to not take there insulin would you? You wouldnt tell them to suck it up or think something's wrong with them. It's there medication it saves they're life and although we wont die from not taking anxiety pills, but we wouldnt be living to our fullest either. There is nothing wrong with you. If you need the pills take them. Trust me dont wait years till your life has fallen apart like me to start.

    I wish I could listen to this when I sleep but my mother takes away my phone. So I just sit in my bed and get overwhelmed with my anxiety. I feel so alone and I can’t do anything about it. If anyone is reading this, lol thanks.

      I hope things have changed for the better, and I hope you have been able to get some peaceful sleep. I often overthink and become consumed with anxiety.. I have found that it really helps me when I talk sh*t to my anxiety and tell it to go fu*k itself. We all have our own coping mechanisms. It doesn't hurt to look yourself in a mirror and say "damn I look good" or "I'm fu*king awesome" just some examples. Love ya.

    I put this on to help me sleep. I just started to drift off when I was awakened by a strange feeling - like wave pulses - on my left ankle that I fractured five months ago. It was aching all day and suddenly feels better after the pulse wave thing. I can't take meds cuz of heart condition so I've tried other mhz signals for pain but they didn't work. Here I tried this for sleep and it helped pain. Amazing!! Thank you!!
    Ok, I'm guna try to sleep again now....

    This is my 9th day of quarantine of the arrival to my home country. I was locked down in a small hotel room funded by the govt. The food isn’t the same taste as you cook it yourself. I need real hugs and love.

    One recent traumatic experience caused me to develop sleep maintenance insomnia, which reactivated my anxiety. The mind becomes so fragile in times like these, but I remind myself that everyone goes through this. Everyone has trouble sleeping. And anyone can overcome something like this. I've been through this before, you've been through this before so we can do this. Be patient and allow positivity into your life. I'm actually glad I went through that ordeal because if I hadn't then I wouldn't have finally changed my mindset and I wouldn't have become closer to my loved ones. Don't let anxiety amplify itself. Stay strong. Keep trying and slowly bypass this mental misfortune.

    This helped me alot with my social anxiety and my self doubt,it relaxed me and made me happy to socialize better with other people and not have such negative thoughts during the day,other calming music they are nice at first but then I wake up feeling horrible in the morning. I finally found one that really helps alot and calms my nerves.

    I suffer from death anxiety every single night due to family members dying in their sleep (1 old, 1 young), so I literally have to sleep with light and sound playing. I have tried tv shows, classical music, ambient noises and just about anything you can think of. Let's hope this works tonight🙏

    This really helped with my anxiety.. I’ve never been able to sleep well, and I can’t understand how people can just fall asleep so easily. It’s gotten to the point where I bounce my leg as I’m trying to sleep (yes, while I’m laying in bed)... It’s very frustrating, but this seemed to calm me down in a matter of minutes, that could have been another anxiety attack....Now, thank you for reading this... But go to sleep... If your here, you probably need it. Goodnight loves ❤️❤️

      You aren’t the only one. I would bounce my leg too until I found this. I would also roll over a lot. Since I’ve gotten into the habit of listening to this, I can sleep easily now. Hope you are doing better now!

    Sometimes i would lay awake at night with anxiety and racing thoughts and my heart rate would even increase a little sometimes but this helped me to relax and finally go to sleep ❤️

    For some reason I can never sleep and I can be lying down for hours with my eyes closed, still not asleep and I'm normally awake till 3,4 or 5 in the morning, and I feel so nervous trying to sleep because I know it will take hours and my heart just pounds really fast and that makes it worse. I'v read everyone's comments about how good this works so I hope it works for me. Right now it's 23:36 and I'll update on what happens. I hope it works!!!

    This has been AMAZING for my mental health. It immediately calms me down, and I have several disorders - severe anxiety, C- PTSD, major depression (since I was 11), and BPD. I also struggle with my head feeling so airy and lost and uncontrollable anxious energy. Idk what magic this is but for real. This has been amazing for me. Thank you.     It's never been a problem for me to just get In my bed and go to sleep, however last night I just could not sleep. I kept thinking that I was going to die and that scared me so I started panicking and that made it worst. For 3 hours I was up, praying and cleansing, but nothing helped. I got back on TH-cam for the headache channel and first thing that popped up was this so I played it and here I am 5 hours later not knowing when i fell asleep. Thank you for this channel🙏🏾
