Girl, you don’t know how much you’ve helped me with your videos and blog posts! I did my hair following your video about 2 years ago and it looked like I did it in a salon! Got so many compliments!! Then fast forward to now I went to a salon and showed the hair stylist a pic of your hair! LOL and she did it WAY too light!! And damaged my hair from bleaching it for an hour! I only hair light to medium brown hair(level 6 or 7). So yesterday I did my hair following your videos and put my own spin on it. And it came out PERFECT!! YOU are the only one that has helped me achieve this beautiful color at home!!! THANK YOU SOO MUCH!!! I appreciate the time you’ve taken to share all you know on your blogs and videos!!! 🩷
My hair looks just like hers now, and same length (just natural long no extensions) I am a red head but used this Loreal color copper Le color Gloss treatment stuff, And it looks EXACTLY like this now! Really pretty and your extensions application was amazing
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this color, this video and girl, yours has got to be the best tutorial: straight to the point and easy to follow. No lingering questions at all THANK YOU. My scenario: I am a DIRTY BLONDE level 7, 29yo. I pull red, I get brassy with literally any color. I had old color on my ends with blonde highlights all over that had grown out. I followed your formula, changing only that I added a little more 8RG. My lengths and ends are beautiful. My roots went hot, I hoped that wouldn't happen but it did lol. I corrected with a 7NA Demi Permanent by ion with 10 Volume developer and followed that boxes instructions and left it for 15 minutes plus a bit more so my face framing sections deposited a bit more. It turned out PERFECT. Matches all over.
It still amazes me that people actually want my hair color and I’ve always hated it! But now that I’m older, I’m embracing it and I really really love these extensions! They look so easy, and I’ve never tried them before! I had bariatric surgery because of health issues and lost 160 pounds along with most of my hair… Very depressing
Thank you for doing this updated video. I’ve been using your formula for years. I find that if I add the developer to the mixing bottle first and then add the colors on top, it mixes a little easier.
I've started going back to more of a strawberry color and this is the formula that I love. I like more of a brown golden red so this works perfect. People will always have something too say. I've had people say they like me blonde, I've had people make jokes about blondes, and I've had jokes about being a red head. Which always altered what I did with my hair instead of doing what I like. Strawberry blonde color is the best on me. I have such a fair skin tone that the richness of the strawberry and brown color is nice. But the golden is really pretty in there. Thank you for the color formula.
Literally this strawberry blonde is THEE best gorgeous blonde red hue. Absolutely stunning perfect shade of strawberry blonde ❤ hats off to you 👏 👏 extremely detailed YOURE AWESOME
Fabulous video. I have been dyeing my hair for 30 years and have never figured certain things out quite right. Your tips are so helpful and practical. Thank you, and thank you for sharing your specific formula. Your hair is gorgeous.
I colored my hair & followed your formula exactly & my hair turned out absolutely beautiful, I was a bit worried at first thinking it was going to be too Orange bc I am all gray as well, but I am so pleased, TY for your detailed video
After a few tweaks, formula is as follows: 8RG 1/2 tube, 8G 1 tube, 9NG 6 drops. Produces a brighter less harsh brown red tone. Strangers are walking up to me with complements! And my BF is doing the mixing and application, it's fun day!
This will be my very first comment on a TH-cam video ever! First of all I have to say, thank you so much for sharing!! I watched your video and loved the color of your hair so much I was inspired to change up my look. You are absolutely gorgeous!! I went to Sally's and got everything you used, followed your instructions exactly as you explained and I absolutely LOVE how my hair turned out!!! I started out with platinum blonde hair and I didnt expect that it would turn out like yours on the very first application, i thought it would be a bit lighter at first until atleast my second or third application because of the bonds of my hair being so stripped from bleaching, but it took to my hair PERFECTLY!!!! I've been searching for the perfect shade of red forever and THIS IS DEFINITELY IT!! My husband loves it too! He said it looks like I got it done professionally!! I appreciate the way you explained everything too! Very clear and easy to follow. Again, thank you so much!! OH.MY.GOD! I just tried your formula....well, as close as I could find for it here in Perth Australia, I went from platinum bleach blonde to this and it looks amazing!! Like you said I probably need to tweak it a little bit, but I can't wait to try it again when I need to touch up the roots! Thankyou!!
Hi Natalie, I'm so happy to hear this!! What brand did you end up using? I get asked for recommendations a lot and only know US color brands. Really happy you love the color!!
Natalie reed-smith what colours did you use? I'm in Perth too and when I followed what she did it came out not red much at all.. more brown golden. Love to know exactly how you did it too thank you!
Hi Natalie, I am in Perth myself and am wanting to do this colour. I have blond foils throughout and have been for 25 years but my natural colour is a dark mousey brown. What brand did you end up using?? I know it's been a while but I would LOVE to hear from you!! 🙏🙏
LOVE LOVE LOVE your strawberry blonde hair color, and great, formative in video!! I am a ginger kid too, but a little deeper coppery shade. I was born a red head, but it went a really BLAH mousey brown in my teens... and now I have lots of gray all around my face. I really struggled to keep the copper color in my hair between colorings, and running the color through my hair was just too damaging to my super fine hair. Works great for lots of people, but my hair just didn't respond well. Finally, I discovered doing a Color Shine treatment (aka cellophane) at my hair salon every 6-8 weeks and they would add a little copper color to it. This was a total GAME CHANGER for me!! IT kept my color a nice rich copper w/o doing anything else (except coloring my roots of course) and really helped keep the color in my grays around my face which are soooooo stubborn! Sort of locked the color in. Best part, it added a TON of shine and was very, very conditioning to my hair since it's basically a protein treatment.... I stopped getting split ends, and my hair has been much healthier. What you are doing is definitely working amazing for you.... soooo beautiful!!! Flat out STUNNING! :oD
Wow, this is so cool, I haven't heard of cellophane treatments. I will look into these. Thank you for info. I'm glad you found a solution that works for you. Color can be so drying, I wish it weren't! And thank you for the compliments!
girlgetglamorous - Molly thank you. It turned out gorgeous and have been getting so many compliments. The salon thought it was a professional job done.
I've been looking for the perfect strawberry blonde formula for weeks! I'm going to for sure try this! It's stunning and perfect! Not too orange, not too red, just 😙👌🏻 *chefs kiss*
Followed exact instructions-I had 2” virgin dark blonde roots and 40 developer processed hair with Wella 10N (ash blonde). The virgin roots picked up the pigments while my processed blonde hair did not at 8 minutes. So 24 hrs later I redid formula with a 10 developer and put through processed blonde hair for 25 minutes- I worked super fast to get it thru and not get my roots and results were near perfect.
Impressed that you bother to dye your hair given how grey it is!!! If it were me couldn't be arsed! Mind you though my hair is naturally ginger, so I will not go grey. I do have lighter hair than it was when I was 18 MANY decades ago, saying that though fair dues I can't really complain. Wish I had your dark eyebrows as well, mine are typical see through ginger brows!! Lol
This turned out so well on my hair. Thank you so much for doing this. It’s been nice to have during all of this. And it feels much more cost effective! Thank you again.
This made me so happy to see, thank you! I'm glad the formula worked for you and it really is so cost affordable and takes so much less time to do at-home.
Just dyed my hair with this formula and I love how it turned out. My hair is a curly hair type, thick, and was like three different shades lol. My roots where a little dark, like a medium ash brown. Cool toned. Like a level 4-5. And my hair went to a 6 then a 8 at the last two inches. Now my whole head is a more reddish strawberry blonde, even my roots! Next time I’ll differently add more golden blonde and maybe only an ounce of the red.
Klaudia Lewandowska hi I’m naturally copper red and I want to dye it blonde, what do you recommend terrified to take the jump lol it’s so hard with my skin tone being so light
Oh my gosh!! This is my natural haircolor too!! I have been coloring mine blonde for 15 years also!! I never liked my natural but now I am also thinking twice!!
Sooo happy ive done my hair using wella koleston perfect 8/04 8/03 7/03.. and its a lovely colour. Did my roots 30mins then through to the ends left for 10mins. Its gorgeous, also my hair is nice and soft no damage. Thank you ever so much for helping me xx

I definitely recommend getting the gel instead of the liquid. I made that mistake and the color didnt come out. It was too hard to get the pea size amounts.. I'm going to keep trying until I get the exact level. Thanks so much for posting this!
I followed your exact directions, used same products and everything. My hair is EXACTLY that color now. I haven't touched my hair in 4 years, I have been just letting it grow out since I bleached it. The bleach destroyed my hair and so I was scared to try something new, but I am so happy with it! Your hair looks great and now so does mine😂
This was so great. I'm a ginger and I'm trying to go strawberry blonde for the summer and the salon that I went to accidently turned my hair blonde and in some spots its nearly white 😲😲😲. So now I'm trying at home and your video really helped me get the actual strawberry tone that I was going for!
Wow, your hair looks amazing. this makes me feel like I could actually do this myself- obviously you’ve had a lot of practice but I will follow your tutorial closely. Thank you!
Thank you, Rachel! It's a little intimidating the first time, but then gets so much easier. I've been doing it now for 20 years (which blows my mind!!). The hardest part is measuring and checking the correct amount of developer.
*girlgetglamourous* Hi! Just passing thru as a 1st time viewer of your channel. Luv your color u achieved! I'm considering following this exact method. I wonder, how does the actual color in person compare to how it appears in the video to us? Are any of the tones slightly different, warmer or cooler, etc.,..? Just wondering, as I really love it, yet am apprehensive 😬 since I've never dyed my hair, I'm a darrrrk level 2 brunette, and I'm technically a medium, olive/neutral skin tone (very different from yourself).
Love your color . I am blonde and I will definitely try your formula.❤️ Can you please show us what products do you use to keep the color (shampoo, conditioner, creams) Thank you so much 😊
Thank you, Alexa! I hope it works well for you. Finding that right shade of red is so key. It's easy to go a little too dark or too blonde with it! Let me know how it works out for you.
I’ve been using a 1:1 mix of vibrant red and golden blonde in the L’Oreal line. I thought I’d gotten it pretty close to looking natural - and indeed many people I meet assume I’m a natural redhead - but I’ve recently been told my hair is “not a natural color.” I started to wonder if I should go heavier on golden blonde. This seems to confirm it. :) Thanks for sharing your formula - here’s hoping!
I love strawberry blonde and it looks so good on you! I thought about doing this color on myself but don’t know that it will look right with my neutral/cooler skin tone. You have given me such helpful tips to thoroughly cover my hair with color next time I do it myself. Thank you so much for sharing!
I’ve been wanting to go this exact color forever and could never find a pic of exactly what I was wanting. And my experiences with salons have been pretty much a miss every time. I found this video yesterday and pulled the trigger last night. It looks amazing! I had a medium brown color on my midsole and ends, my roots were really grown out and are a dirty blonde and I have lots of whites and gray. Using this exact formula it turned out practically perfect!! Just a little darker than I want on the ends but barely noticeable to anyone except me 😂 So I think next time I won’t add the 7G to the formula for my ends and hope it lightens it just a little and do this exact formula still for my roots since their color is 🤌🏼💋
@@joannedavies6183Did u end up doing this? I have a more reddish copper right now and I am wanting mine to look a lot lighter, my roots are also a medium brown shade. I was thinking of using a higher developer as well

What formula do you suggest to lighten it and capture more red? After reading your info above, I was thinking mixing Titan Blonde and redred?
I colored my hair exactly by the video, I now need to do a root touch up & when I previously colored all over the roots did come out a bit on the orange side, I am completely gray as well my question is is there a color that I can add so that it does not come out less bright on the orange side? I also have hi-lights in my hair I would prefer it be not so orange, please let me know if you can suggest anything that would help, TY

Your hair turned out gorgeous! I'm tempted to try!
Thank you, Melanie! This is definitely my favorite hair color (I've tried them all!) xo Molly
It still amazes me that people actually want my hair color and I’ve always hated it! But now that I’m older, I’m embracing it and I really really love these extensions! They look so easy, and I’ve never tried them before! I had bariatric surgery because of health issues and lost 160 pounds along with most of my hair… Very depressing
you’re stunning and your hair color is absolutely gorgeous
tried this method today at home! abs it worked so insanely well. bless you for this formula im obsessed
I have done this 3 times now. Matches my daughter’s natural strawberry blonde perfectly!!
I LOVE this!!
Thank you for doing this updated video. I’ve been using your formula for years. I find that if I add the developer to the mixing bottle first and then add the colors on top, it mixes a little easier.
GIRL you just saved the back of my head why am I just now seeing this technique 🥹 my poor hair lol thankyou thankyou!
I'm a natural strawberry blonde and I've never had jokes made about me being a redhead
Hello 👋
Glad you got a perfect color formula!! :)
I wish I could see how yours turned out!
@@lynnmarie2011 I wish I could figure out how to do that! LOL
I used this exact formula and method and I go dead on results. Thank you so much posting.
I wish i could post a picture to the comments because I love it so much!! ❤

Hello 👋
Wow .. just gorgeous.. I love how muted and soft it is.. just compliments your skin tone perfectly! Thanks for sharing!! ❤️
That's the best strawberry blonde I've seen in a long while. Thank you for showing us how.
Thank you, that is so kind of you to say!
Just found this colour got my hairdresser on it already getting the colours x
This is my natural color and it needs to be revived I’m going to try this. Thank you for sharing your tips and tricks.
Thank you, Karlee! I hope it goes well for you :)
OH.MY.GOD! I just tried your formula....well, as close as I could find for it here in Perth Australia, I went from platinum bleach blonde to this and it looks amazing!! Like you said I probably need to tweak it a little bit, but I can't wait to try it again when I need to touch up the roots! Thankyou!!
Natalie Read-Smith did you hair turn pinkish at all?
Now, you HAVE GOT TO DO, please, your eye make up look in this video! So so absolutely beautiful! 😍😍😍😍😍
Hello 👋
I am trying this tomorrow night. Time to ring in the new year with a new signature color!!
Angelique Galligan I hope you get beautiful results and have a great new hair color for the year!! Sending you good vibes :) - Molly
girlgetglamorous - Molly thank you. It turned out gorgeous and have been getting so many compliments. The salon thought it was a professional job done.
Oh Angelique, this makes me so happy to hear!! I'm so glad you got the color you wanted. Isn't that the best feeling when even hairstylists love it!?
This is the BEST!!! For a year I had been wanting to try your formula. Finally did today and I'm in love!! I love the results 😊
I've been looking for the perfect strawberry blonde formula for weeks! I'm going to for sure try this! It's stunning and perfect! Not too orange, not too red, just 😙👌🏻 *chefs kiss*
AHHH, so sweet, so kind, thank you! I really hope this formula works for you as well :)
❤️❤️❤️
I’m a natural strawberry blonde this is beautiful!
Would you recommend lightening hair if it's about brown?
Impressed that you bother to dye your hair given how grey it is!!! If it were me couldn't be arsed! Mind you though my hair is naturally ginger, so I will not go grey. I do have lighter hair than it was when I was 18 MANY decades ago, saying that though fair dues I can't really complain. Wish I had your dark eyebrows as well, mine are typical see through ginger brows!! Lol
That is the most gorgeous Strawberry blonde 🧡
You are so kind, thank you!!
Thank you for this simple and clear tutorial I learnt so much!❤
This turned out so well on my hair. Thank you so much for doing this. It’s been nice to have during all of this. And it feels much more cost effective! Thank you again.
This made me so happy to see, thank you! I'm glad the formula worked for you and it really is so cost affordable and takes so much less time to do at-home.
Thank you !!! Been searching for this perfect ginger color !!
I want to try this too, but I'm a little nervous because my hair has about 3 colors now also.
Wow, this is my natural hair color and I've been dying it blonde for 15 years...Now I think it's time for change :)
That's awesome! Let me know if you go back to Strawberry Blonde!!
@@darlingoneforever Same! But I haven't ever coloured it, I'm 13
Hello 👋
I have colored my hair strawberry blonde one by a hair dresser and friends did other week.
For me.
I used to just color blonde but strawberry blonde works for me.
Thanks for sharing so next time I do it we have pointets
My hair is currently a orangey blonde. I want to try your formula! Your hair is beautiful
Did you ever try ?
This looks just like my natural hair and I love it!
I thought the same thing. It’s crazy to see your hair color on someone else. But that’s cool. You have really really pretty hair ❤
I've been all grey for 2 and a half years. But I really love your hair color. It makes me want to color my hair strawberry blonde. I love it. It's beautiful
Grey is so pretty too though! I am about 95% grey and am tempted to go full grey, but I also love the Strawberry Blonde, so I get the struggle. Let me know if you try it!
Hello 👋
Gonna sound super weird but....DUDETTE! I've using a photo of you for constant reference to get back to my natural hair colour and I am JUST NOW finding your channel ;_;!
Amazing video, so helpful!
This color is absolutely gorgeous on you!!
Suggestions for best shampoos/conditioners to make the color last, please. Great video!!!
Finely one who really show the result. People just use to show the coloring process and nearly show the result
Came to watch your previous updated strawberry blonde video and noticed that you updated your video!!! 🙌🏼 yaaassss!!!! Lol thank you!! I’ve been wanting to do strawberry blonde for a while now and bought the stuff but, haven’t yet done it! And this Video will Help even much More!!!
Thank you for this video!
I definitely recommend getting the gel instead of the liquid. I made that mistake and the color didnt come out. It was too hard to get the pea size amounts.. I'm going to keep trying until I get the exact level. Thanks so much for posting this!
Thank you, Melanie! Yes, the gels cover grey better for me as well. I hope you end up getting the color you want!
Hello 👋
Hello 👋
Love your color . I am blonde and I will definitely try your formula.❤️
Can you please show us what products do you use to keep the color (shampoo, conditioner, creams)
Thank you so much 😊
Hello 👋
I’m so glaaad I found you because I have the same skin tone as you and many reds don’t go well with my skin tone so Thankyou for this perfect video.
Hi Shaye, so glad to hear that this helped confirm your thoughts! I hope the new color turns out amazing :)
Gorgeous color! Literally the best step by step formula tutorial on youtube
Thank you for so much detail! Love the application method, I think that will work much better for me than the sectioning I’ve tried in the past🥰
I love this colour. My hair is pretty grey now too, but a naturally darker red. I totally want to try this colour though. 😀
Hi Suzanne! Let me know if you try it :)
@@girlgetglamorous I will. 😊
girl you're the queen, I could never get this at home
Thank you for sharing. I did this formula tonight. I LOVE it! I was blonde, good for a change.
Hi Janelle, I'm so happy to hear this! Glad the color works for you!! xo - Molly
Janelle Carr do u have a picture? I’d love to see it
Thank you so much Molly!! You have changed my life... and my hair colour :-)
Racquel Andersen thank you, Racquel, that makes my day to hear you say that!!
Thanks for video! I love blending the two colors together. It fades to a light copper for me. And covers my grey's for weeks!
I love strawberry blonde and it looks so good on you! I thought about doing this color on myself but don’t know that it will look right with my neutral/cooler skin tone. You have given me such helpful tips to thoroughly cover my hair with color next time I do it myself. Thank you so much for sharing!
Hello 👋
Omg I am gonna try this ASAP, that color is perfect
I’ve been wanting to go this exact color forever and could never find a pic of exactly what I was wanting. And my experiences with salons have been pretty much a miss every time. I found this video yesterday and pulled the trigger last night. It looks amazing! I had a medium brown color on my midsole and ends, my roots were really grown out and are a dirty blonde and I have lots of whites and gray. Using this exact formula it turned out practically perfect!! Just a little darker than I want on the ends but barely noticeable to anyone except me 😂 So I think next time I won’t add the 7G to the formula for my ends and hope it lightens it just a little and do this exact formula still for my roots since their color is 🤌🏼💋
beautiful yes thank you going from dark to this now i can do it at home its literally the most beautiful haircolor ever
I hope it turns out beautiful for you!
Did you pre lighten your hair? I’m a mix of mid brown and grey and thinking this might not lighten with 20 vol.
@@joannedavies6183Did u end up doing this? I have a more reddish copper right now and I am wanting mine to look a lot lighter, my roots are also a medium brown shade. I was thinking of using a higher developer as well
What developer did you use going from darker hair?
wow - you are fantastic - just subscribed - now headed to hair color store - - um - not sure what that is - I've never done this before lol - but I'm excited!
Thank you so much ... I love the way my hair turned out it’s the perfect shade I have been looking for
Oh my God, this is exactly what I’ve been looking for. Thank you so much 😭
Hello 👋
wow that's a really beautiful colour! here's a tip; next time put some neutral protein filler in your grey hairs before you colour, it will be less resistant!
I'm trying this formula ratio right now but with the liquid instead of cream. I really hope it turns out just as beautiful as yours! ❤️❤️❤️
Agh!! Good luck, I hope it comes out perfect 😊🧡
Hello 👋
okay i'm definitely going to try this! My hair is currently dark blonde so i'm thinking of going to a salon to get my hair lightened a bit (ombré - i dont want to touch the roots) and then doing the ginger colour myself.
Hello 👋
Love! Thanks for helping us redheads stay that way!!!
Hello 👋
this is my natural hair colour spot on
Lucky!!
Exact color I've been wanting! 😍🧡 my hair is platinum but now has a swimmer's green tint. Still might try this!
Thank you! I just posted this link your other comment, but just to be safe, this is a good post on going from blonde to strawberry, to prevent it from going pink! :) | girlgetglamorous.com/how-to-transition-blonde-to-strawberry-blonde-hair/
Your color is perfect. Makes your eyes pop!
Wow you make it look so easy 😁. It sure is beautiful.
Thank you, Perri!
How often do you color your hair to keep it pretty and vibrant?
Beautiful. That's exactly how i do my hair. It works!
Hello - hoping for your Wella expertise. I have tried to get professionally colored light auburn hair now on two occasions and both times, it has came out darker red/more brown than I expected. What formula do you suggest to lighten it and capture more red? After reading your info above, I was thinking mixing Titan Blonde and redred?
Your hair color is so stunning
I colored my hair exactly by the video, I now need to do a root touch up & when I previously colored all over the roots did come out a bit on the orange side, I am completely gray as well my question is is there a color that I can add so that it does not come out less bright on the orange side? I also have hi-lights in my hair I would prefer it be not so orange, please let me know if you can suggest anything that would help, TY
What lipstick are you wearing? It looks amazing on you!
Thank you SO MUCH!! I ordered supplies but FORGIVE ME, if it’s been asked. I’m currently a level 6 DARK brown blonde. What was you base when you originally did this formula? Im wondering if I have to lighten my hair 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ THANK YOU 💕💕💕💕
I loved how organized your video was!
Hello 👋
How are you doing over there?
You’re video was really helpful! Thanks! You’re so pretty btw!
You are stunning, lady! Thanks for the video. I am a natural golden blonde who has always gone really light blonde. Now that I am a bit older, I want darker hair and love red. I just bought the 8G and the 8rg (gr). Gonna try that together. Any videos on makeup? Love how you do yours. Thanks!
GIRL. you are gorgeous i can't even
