Hi. I watched your post on the Lake District parkrun and was amazed at the beauty all around. I just wish you could have acknowledged the LORD as the Creator of it all
I mean I'm not sure that would be super appropriate as it's a running channel and the video is more about the parkrun and the people there who brought parkrun to their wonderful community 🤗 You're right about the lakes being absolutely spectacular though 😍😍😍

As you can tell, it's a very quick course (35/706 in the UK per Tim Grose's ranking at the start of the year) though there's a few of them locally; Stretford's 16th, Alexandra Moss Side 21st, South Manchester (Platt Fields) 38th. A few options if you want to come back this way for a parkrun PB effort after the recent 5K performance. Glad you enjoyed, Peel's a lovely park :)

I never mind the wind so much as long as it's dry. I sometimes think it's really funny when the wind is super strong. It's like you're fighting something that's not really there so it makes me giggle 🤣 it was super still and calm here today and beautifully sunny 😍 we were very lucky! 🏃♀️
had a fab run here today got 21 minutes 25 came 84th out of 518 used name of carpark on google maps and found it easy loved the course no duckings on river today defo 1 to do again will be Glossop next saturday as will be at Leeds Roundhay park for the run though half marathon starts at 09.30 got my number in post today
@@reubenxdp6907 awww he wasn't, it was nice to chat to him and his friend, they seem really good kids. I just struggled to film and not get them in it... I think they were trying to get in the video but as they're under 11 I'm going to have to cut out all the bits where they're running out of reach of you guys 🤣 I explained it to them though because I said I don't want to get them, or you, or the parkrun into trouble if I make it look like there's under 11s running out of arm's reach of their adults if that makes sense. It was nice to chat though. Tell them to keep up the swimming, running and football and keep on enjoying exercising with mates! 😃 Awesome work 🏃♂️🏃♂️

Well done Nicola. Another flat, fast parkrun next to water is Stratford upon Avon in Warwickshire, though it's quite a trek to get there!

We had a windy run today 50klm wind but clear and sunny
