As I wait for my new bike with Red AXS to be built and delivered, I have been binge watching bike build videos. And I have to say, I am most impressed with these builds in terms of attention to detail, organized well thought out build process and consistency. Well done. I can only hope my new bike receives such a professional detailed build.
How does he build such a thing of beauty and manage to stay so clean?? I’ve got grease on me just watching this vid!! Lol Loving the vids Jimmi.. keep em coming.
Ok. I’m starting to really like this channel. Awesome build, of course, but seeing Nic work has been pretty outstanding. The button at the end full of snout had me chuckle!
Hi there. Great video and the light is perfect in the room. Love it 💪🏻😉. Now you write frameset... dors that include the fork ? Or did you choose another brand for the fork?
Great AMSR video, simply superb - so much so that I just had to hit the ‘Like’ and ‘Subscribe’ buttons - not only do you fry Francis’ ar*e on rides, likewise so do your cinematography skills. Sublime music score choice too. Cheers
Preference. I have same bars on all my bikes just because. No particular reason. I like them. I also pretty much never use the drops so standard bars are narrower for sneaking through gaps in bushes.
@@Jimmidoesstuff I think mainly the HUGE dinner plate at the back lacks elegance... it is completely an aesthetic for me... I'm still a little out on the 1 x set up as well... the ones I've ridden with have been noisy, but that could also be that 1 x is still being refined and will improve over time.
Can’t have been set up properly. You shouldn’t notice a difference. The gearing on that bike make it unbelievable versatile for the massively mixed terrain, Nic rides it on. It’s fantastically functional. If you ride mixed terrain you should defo give 1x a go. ✌🏼
If i was road touring I’d ride 2x. But only because the bike I’d use for that is 2x. Have a look at my custom illustrated bike video if you haven’t seen it. Lots of gear range. Anything that involves big, non slick tyres i’ll always run 1 x with a MASSIVE cassette on the back.
Absolute thing of beauty!!! The work gone into that frame to allow the internal routing is simply stunning!!! 😍
What a beautiful bike...thank you Jimmi and Nic...and the dog and crew.....Peace
Another nice one, Jimmi
I see the brains of the operation featured at ~12:00 -- Nic is just another hired hand
Little Bruce!
Loving the builds Jimmi, Nic's surgeons table with all the bits laid out. Certainly a stunning bike.

Aiming for one video a week.

Beautiful bike great video again
Has a lube pistol, uses mini multitool for everything 😁👌 great stuff though, wicked build
Great video Jimmi, and what a build that is! Nice work, Nic.
Thanks, Connor.
That was art! Amazing stuff!
Thanks, mate. Plenty more on my channel.
Stunning!!
Something very seductive and delicious about this whole operation, especially Nic's silence and focus, as if the camera were invisible...
Its like a spa experience for cyclists
Hahah

Whst size is that frame guys? Great work on all fronts with the video and the build.
Just woow. How does it ride? What does it do?

@@Jimmidoesstuff hahahaha
Honestly my favourite bike in a very long time

Wow!
Jimmy, do you like or prefer a Gravel Handlebar or a standard road handlebar? any thoughts or feeling on why/why not?
Thank you

bicycle
I want to.
@@Jimmidoesstuff ride my.
What fork is this Jimmy ?
I sense a pattern, Jimmi likes Zipp and SRAM
These are custom builds from Backyard Bike Shop. So expect to see the components they spec.
Can’t go wrong with titanium
What's the battery under the saddle for?
Powers the wireless dropper seatpost.
Not a fan of the mullet arrangement but that is one pretty bike and a great video. Cheers for that!
What don’t you like about it?

How do two people that are never serious, film such a serious video 🤔
We know that you can’t joke 100% of the time.
@@Jimmidoesstuff this build is no joke
That's why Jimmi makes me do them at night. Waits till I'm too tired mess about
