Yeah, I was waiting for him to attack the DTs and take the third, but it only happened after DTs were sent directly into the meat grinder, like a year later.
Another classic episode of "I already lost in the early game and my trash all in didn't work out because my opponent wasn't AFK while I've been massing roaches" 😂
Like I don't even have to watch the video to read that bro is complaining about DT -> storm -> immortal with great defensive setup while pressing the roach button and a-moving his entire F2 army himself😮
The "I had creep at his third, but for some reason or another that Ill never be able to figure out, I didnt have larva to replace my army!" energy of the form is great. Like yeah dud, maybe if you're queens werent on the other side of the map marching the ole 2/2 late roach rav all in, you might have been able to make units at home. Almost like theres a reason you never seen anyone else play like this

Usually this series is really fun, but guys like these are the reason, why balance discussions never go anywhere. Paladins balance report is so incredibly bad and full of misinterpretations, its frustrating to even watch.
Literally everything he wrote proved he had no idea what he was talking. Every other line was "I know he fucked me up, but...!"
If these two guys are the same MMR then Zerg is Imba.
It's a rule of the complaint form genre that the complainer misrepresents what they do, and mentions their own mistakes but downplays them.
Balance discussions between people at low levels are so irrelevant anyway. Who cares what a guy from Wood league thinks about Carriers? I think Blizzard has all the raw data they need to determine if any unit is out of balance in any given MMR range.

To be sure, at 13:30, Zerg has a 133 supply army vs. a 57 supply army against Protoss. Yet the Protoss player wins because of superior defenses, superior tech, superior positioning (vs. the clumped Zerg that is screaming “Storm Me LUL”), and the warped-in reinforcements. Any Protoss player that feels overwhelmed vs. Zerg should watch this game as a Master Class in efficient defense.
Much much better to watch actually good protoss players.

Just from the imbalance form I can tell the guy sucks. It takes a special kind of person to complain about the opponent's stationary buildings getting in the way.
Tbf it is hard to attack on goldenaura and opponent having a good sim city is the opponent playing well

I feel the zerg player is cosplaying as the AI in a tower defense game. He mindessly sends his army into the simcity of the enemies bases and watches them die.
It's already funny without seeing the game. "Lost base, got into bad eco situation, decided to all in opponent invested everything into static defense / turtle units after" you SHOULD be losing the game by any RTS logic. If anything going into heavy eco to recover would have been the play against people who invest into static defense a lot. The purpose of sim city static defense is to counter an all in attempt no ?

Pretty amazing discrepancy between how the story was told and what happened. Basics like 2/2 upgrades and being supposedly on creep weren't accurate. After that, what his opponent had wasn't accurate, there was enough army to keep him tied up while the storms were lined up.
That said, you were polite to your opponent and just gave a GG, so good job on that.
That worker imbalance at the end though. 104 Probes to 57 Drones is nuts.

Well, 20 storms should just about kill everything, but you should either be able to remake you stuff fast or you should not allow 15 high templar to be built within 10 minutes. Sad thing is there was 0 harass from either players. Mind StormWorm didn't need to harass.
Zerg can't harrass protoss, he needs to drone up instead.
They had so much more army than their opponent when they hit - I wonder if they could have won if they were just more patient with poking and dodging storms (instead of diving all the way in)

i have notice a trend in these videos,.. Harstem depicts the scenario where the complainer is in a position with worse eco, worse supply, and suggests a course of action, this time... lurkers,.. but my question is,.. do these complainers realise they are in that situation, do they know they already lost or do they think they are ahead ,.. which might explain there brain dead decision making ??
Lolll the complainers probably do realize they are behind/sucking and want free coaching. That being said, I think all inning as a response to being behind can be a good idea; granted a bit too slow here

The complete lack of scouting and the fact that the guy was building his roach warren and double evo chamber before finally attempting (and failing) to scout tells us that he was going to +2/+2 roach all in regardless of what the opponent did. If anything, this tells us that +2/+2 roach all in might be overpowered to allow him the ability to get to 3500 MMR with literally zero mental capacity to neither think strategically nor properly analyze the game afterwards.
This guy literally putting a billion tumors in the same spot rather than spreading them over the map hurts my brain.

Just going to point out that Paladin biled his own overseer at 14:35; not that it would've changed anything about this match, I just thought it was funny...
Sad thing is that I feel like if he managed to hit the biles on the templars in the "before ten minutes" fight instead of stacking all of them up, he might have still managed to win it. Actually looking at his bile aim, it is truly awful
Zerg cabal disowns this guy. This one was tough to watch as a zerg player. 10 minutes of pure macro from the P, he could've slaughtered the mass roach/ravager with anything if he so chose.

Yes, two, one of them being a very early episode with Nimzoboe, he ruled swarmhost nydus to be imba.
I don't think he understood what the cooldown is on ravager bile. Cooldown is 7 seconds. It got used 3 times over 40 seconds, twice to a single cannon (which can't move) for like 600 damage and once to hit mostly his own overseers. Roach/ravager can trade well against even colossus/immortal as long as you're running away and machinegunning bile. I am a BAD, nothing tier zerg player and the whole 10:00 to 10:40 (in game) was embarrassing.
Also: having like 50 supply of your 140 "roach/ravager" army be zerglings with no melee upgrades is kind of suboptimal honesty.
I dunno captain, I think mutas would have died to the storms too.

This kind of zerg play is like a 2800MMR gold player in Korean server.
I don't watch a lot of these IIIODIS but this is probably the one that I've seen where the complainer is the most obviously in the wrong than any other. Extreme lack of scouting, terrible micro, and bad mindset to think that a good supply of roaches is strong against a defensive player defending with a rounded out high efficiency army.
2:07 Well right off the bat the setup is horrid. Do you expect to win with 70 larvas worth of zerglings vs 5 colossi? The amount of supply or how many units you have is a tertiary concern. You need a good composition that counters your enemy and you need upgrades. Those are your first and second priorities when it comes to winning fights. A single broodlord beats an army of zealots, because zealots can't counter broodlords. The rock paper scissors is all wrong.

Ok, this already sounds bad right at the beginning. Complaining about Storm, but then trying to make the opponent look bad for not building a Robo Bay. If he was struggling against Storm the opponent probably didn't have much of a reason for getting Disruptors.

Actually storm and DTs are broken, but this zerg played like shit and didn't prove anything, the fact that he was behind on drones at 4 minutes when he wasn't harassed at any way at all prove it.
This series would be way less funny if people watched their replays instead of writing their forms from memory (that's how they do it, right? Right?)
