- The video opens with a shot taken at Nunhead Station on the 6th July, the one and only time I visited there. It was not particularly good for video, from what I remember.
The rest of that day's content is at Wandsworth Road station and includes 7 different loco hauled freights. As usual, I didn't bother to video the passenger EMU workings, although I wish now I had!
A short lunchtime visit on the 16th August saw double Class 33s on Seacows, Class 56 061, and another double 33 combination on an aggregates working.
Wednesday 24th August saw a rare (for me, anyway) sighting of a Class 37 freight pass through, a Class 73 on an ARC train(!?) and a couple of Class 47s. Not bad for what was another "lunch hour" visit.

Fantastic footage with all those blue locos, then at the end 37888 "Petrolea" in railfreight petroleum colours, one of Ripple Lanes finest. Just brilliant thanks 👍 Regards, Colin.
Many thanks! Geoff
Double-Crompton's on the stone wagons! Lots of great loco moves around south London. 🚂👍
Thanks for watching 👍😊
I struggled hard to get the Dover Dundee euro waggons in the Maidstone area in 1988. I always missed it being at school. First visit to York this month.
