My pleasure my friend glad you found the Flip through helpful! DBA 3.0 is in my opinion one of the best rule sets out there. Looking forward in seeing your adventure! If you go for any DBA go for 3.0 eyes closed! Thank you for watching!
@@MedievalWargamer in the video you talk about a follow-up showing the mechanics with your figures, did you ever do that? I must be blind if you did because I can't find it..
@@williamswargames Yes you actually have the option to follow up or stay in position.. some troops i think, Mounted Knights, have to always follow up but i am not 100% sure..i can check the rules when i go back home and get back to you
@@MedievalWargamer sorry, I do not mean 'follow up' in the rules, I meant that in this video you say 'I will make the next video showing my miniatures and how the rules work', but I can't find it
@@williamswargames a ok sorry here is the link of a battle report I think it will help I did not shoot workshop yet I am planning but check the battle Report it might help th-cam.com/video/XtOhhn8v7WE/w-d-xo.htmlsi=3j4NtfVk93MyFiDG
Glad you enjoyed my friend! I used to be a DBMM player but never bothered with DBA. I found the rules very good less complicated thank DBMM without being to simplistic! Thank you for watching!
Nice Review, you should try Triumph!, Its based on dba but improves some dba issues like the huge diference in blades vs auxilia troops and terrain placement
Thank you my friend! I did a Triumph review quite some time ago..i liked the rules if i remember well... maybe i should revisit the rules and give them another shot. Thank you for watching!
was wonder if you would get to the DBA revision. The only thing I found these rules to really struggle with is Golden horde vs armies for that I guess MEG is the thing to try.
Thank you for watching Dean! Well i am not an expert in how other armies play in DBA but for the HYW i think they work quite well although i have some reservations regarding Longbows Vs Crossbows. MeG is a good ruleset have not played for quite some time though.
My shooting table is very simple, I use a 6-sided die, for 5 it is retreat and for 6 disorder... if the unit is reduced and there is only a result of 6, what is retreat or disorder applied?
Very nice and simple rule Javier! In DBA you have no disorder but according to the result of the die face off if you are doubled you are usually destroyed if you loose you are pushed back or even if you are drawn depending to your unit type. Thank you for watching m friend!
Thank you so much for this flip through! Prepping for my DBA adventure!

Love these rules. Thanks for taking the time to review. I have been playing DBA since 1.1. These rules are like playing chess with a historical feel!
