Holy Crap...$1600 for a vinyl tonneau cover?!? I bought a GM branded vinyl top for the standard bed on my '23 Sierra for less than $800 from the dealer.
Congrats , I love them! Think they’re the best looking mid size out there and reasonably priced when compared to the ranger/tacoma. Tacoma is just way over priced Mexico built crap 💩
This is a 2024….. it even says it on their website. 2025 comes standard with a leather wrapped steering wheel now. I don’t think the 2025s are at dealers quite yet.
Rim size means nothing about off-road ability, as long as you have the right tires! C'mon man! 😂🙄 This truck has been tested off road many times, and performed great! This guy here, doesn't even take them off road, how would he know?
@SauloMogi What i am saying is that the colorado trail boss looks cheap asf with the front end. The canyon does not look cheap when looking at the elevation
@@BenHardyCars I think Chevy is doing thst to keep price increases down Yes it costs more, but you get more. When more stuff is standard, making them is streamlined
The first the these stealerships need to stop doing is adding all that unwanted price padding in addendum stickers like this one had.. 500 bucks for tint and 600 for paint protection and another 1600 for a bed cover.. GTFOH
I like how he's hiding the price....saying all this stuff W/out the aftermarket upgrades is $44k!!! Total price for msrp is just about $50k!!! Affordable???? yes........ for half the average working class maybe!!!! Chevy junk will leave you stranded.
This isn't a 2025. Ben doesn't seem to even care about getting things right anymore. He routinely and quickly skips over features, or mumbles through them like here 2:38. Most of the features 4:26 on the spec sheet come standard in the 2025
2.7L is big for a 4 cylinder, but the GM transmission it's mated to has a terrible lag shifting from 1st thru 3rd. It's like the transmission is searching or slipping before it switches gears. It's absolutely awful!
Shopped this trim against the Ridgeline Trailsport (2024). Ended up going with the Ridgeline... I know, I know... NART... V6, people fit in the back, can haul mulch in the spring and all the kids stuff, BRUNK for storing things, leather seats and IMO looks better. To each their own, but prices equal this is not in the same league as other offerings.
@@myrandomstuff2588 I can understand how people may like the plastic front end too tho, going off-road the scratches won't ruin the look of the truck like a painted bumper, thanks for the nice response too. some people just rage when they see comments like this lol

They have like 6 different options
Hard top, that folds, yes around $1,600.
Selling these TrailBoss for around 35-38 here in AZ
I just bought one in San Diego 24 Trail boss with convenience package and tech package for $36,700 OTD.

It is debadged on the sides. Will this be a 2025 thing ?
the 25s are starting to ship to dealers as of last week
off-roading with 20 inch rims on a midsize truck…. sure
As ridiculous as off roading with anything bigger than a full size truck
@@Fernando-t8gReally? 😂 Tell that shit to a Jeep, Bronco, or ZR2!! Rim size means nothing, about off-roading! It's the tires!

Everyone stops because they take every little microsecond opportunity to look at their phone
@dominionn09. I haven't had a stupid "smart phone" since 2015. No cap, I make sure it doesn't distract me. Outta touch or in tune?
Chevrolet trailboss nice truck for a midsized truck love it
Just buy a 2022 zr2 Colorado for 35k w low miles
Exactly like mine 🫡🫡
& really love my truck 🫡🫡
Way too much plastic. Not sure if GM copied Toyota or if Toyota copied GM, but I’m getting kinda sick of the cost cutting
There are 12 Colorado in stock at the lot in my dealership but no ZR2 bison trim
So they have the 45k zr2 but not the 65k one bummer bro 😂
@B86432 yes and they have the trail boss too. My friend has a car review channel he wanted to review the zr2 bison.
Chevy definetely got affordability heavy
What is your point

@joshtaylor1416 Like all trim levels?
Great looking truck but would rather have the one with 18 inch wheels.
so this is the same as the 24? lol. im confused.
More standard equipment

Do know if gm add anything new for 2025?
That’s actually a 2024. The 2025 has a leather wrapped steering wheel as standard.
Price 😂
News flash, no vehicle beyond 2010 is "affordable", even if used.
You don’t even show the whole window sticker!
For tht kind on money at least compete with ford and offer the v6 or even a v8
GMs I4 makes 5 less hp and 30 more lbs torque than Fords V6. The single turbo I4 is a simpler and more robust engine than the twin turbo V6.

Yeah pretty weird on an off road branded truck.

All these newer Domestic trucks are still way worse than the newer Toyota Junk!
the plastic front is so cheap and ugly looking
I actually like the black plastic front end. I don’t know why. Utilitarian look maybe?
Agree with you on the 20 inch wheels - makes no sense.

44k is not affordable
Affordable enough
So….
You’re not paying attention to prices huh?
Plastic garbage. 1600 for a soft vinyl cover that'll tear up within 3 to 5 years? Laughable. Truck is worth no more than 35k OTD.
All Chevy is junk. Engine sucks and a lot electrical problems.
