Questioning God's Feelings

  • True ministry must be serious about pulling someone out of eternal fire. In fact, each of us should be aware that we are in a very dangerous situation. On one occasion, the Lord Jesus reminded the people of Jerusalem, "If only you knew what was good for your peace! But now it is hidden from your eyes." 40 years before Jerusalem was destroyed by General Titus in the year 70, Jesus had prophesied it. Jesus also said, "I have longed to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, but you were not willing" (Matthew 23:37).
Trembling and fear will strike when we are before the judgment seat of God where we begin to realize that we are not worthy to be with a holy God, at that time we will regret. But the King firmly said, "Depart from me, you who practice lawlessness." What he means may not be morally evil, but we do not honor God properly, regardless of whether our attitude today is worthy or appropriate before God or not. May the Holy Spirit touch us, and give us a fear of God; a fear while we still have the opportunity to repent.
Let us not be afraid when we no longer have the opportunity to repent. Therefore, we must try to examine ourselves every day. Confront ourselves every day. Paul reminds us in Romans 8:12-13 that we owe it not to live according to the flesh, but according to the spirit. We owe it to put off everything that God does not want. Our law is not a written law, "this is unclean, this is clean; this is permitted, this is not permitted," which can be covered and verified with verbal sentences with their sanctions. But, our law is God Himself. Is it pleasing to God or not? The measure of our law is God's thoughts and feelings. That is why in 2 Corinthians 5:9-10 the word of God says, "I seek to please God. For each one receives what is due, according to what he has done in the body, whether good or bad."
We have to take this matter seriously. Don't be satisfied with just being a good person who won't go to jail because we haven't been proven to have committed a criminal or civil offense, but we have to see it from God's perspective, from God's perspective; what He feels about us. Not many people really question this. If we don't question it, it's dangerous. Our situation is terrible. Because without us realizing it, we are in the realm of the power of darkness that continues to lead us into eternal darkness, meaning separated from God's presence forever. This is not meant to scare us, eliminate or take away our peace. Honestly, the peace we have is fake, when we don't question God's feelings towards us.
Our peace is true, if we question God's feelings; whether we please Him or not. Only if we please Him, we have peace. If not that measure, then we will be made stupid, not having the sensitivity to understand God's will. And if it drags on, we will never be able to read God's will. Praise God! Today is the time. Maybe there will be no second chance. We must think: now or never. Don't get used to delaying and feeling peaceful with that delay, because that is a trick of the power of darkness. We must be serious. Because in the end, this is not our business with God's servants or the church. This is our business with God.
This may be a reminder. Then why are we not afraid of God? Why are we used to carelessness as if we live in a neutral area with no masters, as if we exist by ourselves without anyone designing our presence? On the other hand, why do we give thanks every morning? So that we know ourselves, know how to be grateful. So that we realize there are hands that protect us. So that we know how to respect Him who weaves all the blessings we need. So that we remember, if it wasn't God who took care of us, we wouldn't be what we are today. No matter how difficult our situation is, no matter how difficult our situation is, remember that we are under God's control and monitor. He is very good.
We must always be grateful. Not to decorate our lips and fulfill our prayers, but we realize that our existence is due to the kindness of the living God. Only then do we say, "With what can I repay Your kindness?" Don't forget yourself. But if we forget ourselves, please do. But we will bear the responsibility, reap what we sow. Everything has its calculation. So, don't delay. When we get used to delaying, then in the end we cancel.
