    it is not about passing an exam. It is getting a deeper knowledge and understanding of economics und finance.

      It actually is about both. You are paying money to attempt to get a professional designation and spending hundreds of hours on that pursuit, as opposed to paying the money and spending time to take another type of learning class. So you need to pass the exams to get the designation that you're paying money to pursue. Good luck in your studies!

    Is 15 hours per week is enough to passed level 1?

      Thanks for your question, how many weeks are you planning to study for, and are those 15 hours per week going to be "quality" hours? There is no fixed answer to this question as everyone's study time can be different of course.
