I’m a home player and have one of these hooked up to a Trio+(GE200+TrioPlus = Many hours of happiness for us guitar loners). Now I’ve had a number of multi effects pedals in the past in the same price range (Line 6, Zoom, Boss etc.) and they have always had this sort of harsh sardine can speaker type of sound. Now with this pedal I’m able to get nice warm sounds straight to the headphones or to a non guitar amp speaker (Roland PM 30 speaker). I listen to anything from Curtis Mayfield to Stevie Ray Vaughan, so I like it clean or overdriven, and I can get many playable warm clean or heavy tones that don’t sound like they’re coming out of a smart phone speaker Do I find it perfect… No not at all, the tones are not perfect, however, it’s definitely the best sounding multi effects unit that I have ever used in this price range; to the point I would like to say there is no comparison, but I haven’t tried them all. So I would tend to disagree with your conclusion in the video, as for someone who needs a small portable unit to play mostly in the house via headphones or a speaker system, it is simply amazing. Also, worth pointing out that you don’t need to know about rocket science or have a PhD in quantum physics to be able to use the unit, they’ve done a real good job making everything nice and easy. Thanks, I do like watching your reviews but just felt that you didn’t give the GE200 enough justice
Suggestion? When you a demonstrating multi-FX's could you try to spend 2 minutes copying in some easily recognizable signature sound? Like here's artist X's signal chain and here's what this unit sounds like if we try to replicate it. I think that would be really helpful for us viewers to establish how well the unit does what it set out to do.
It's probably not as fun as rummaging through the effects pedals cabinets, but that would be an excellent Sounds Like... No one artist, a selection of decent guitars with differnt pickups, and one effect unit. Make it sound like artists X, Y, and Z. And G, J, or P, if time permits.
Yes you CAN use your own Impulse Responses, which does beat the line 6 pod hd, boss gt series, zoom g5/3n series and others in it price range. It's pretty a big mistake to NOT mention that in the review, since it's the big feature for this 'cheap' unit what makes it something special.
Nothing makes a multi-fx unit sound like absolute garbage quite like leaving the wah on for 5 minutes of the video. I enjoy and appreciate chappers and the captain for what they do, but this particular demo was sub-par. A little more effort than dialing a single Marshall tone and throwing a bunch of incompatible effects on top would have been appreciated.
Have to agree. They made very little effort to tweak the tone at all. No real EQ-ing to speak of or messing with different cabs, etc. It was like they went into this one with the attitude "this is gonna suck". Check out the Choptones channel for proper demos of what this unit can sound like.
For the "Bedroom-Sudio" guy...or gal, perhaps between computer amp modulation and these units, you can really go from 'playin guitar' to making music very easily. I would think a product like this in the hands of a bedroom studio player is where these things shine. I would be able to pretty much track any sound I desire, store it, recall it for overdubs etc. Pretty cool IMO.
I haven't used a multi effects unit in a long time but I was really impressed with how easy this looked to use and edit parameters compared to how daunting some competitors.
Nice demo guys but just a small suggestions for next demos of modeling amps : when you scroll through amp models to preview tone it would be more relevant for us the viewers to have the gain set below 100%. Actually later with the gain set at 50pct it sounded way more natural. Finally adding a demo of speaker simulation with 3rd party IR would be a nice addition as it is one key element that distinguishes the GE200 from other affordable amp modelers.
I started playing guitar in 1990, when rack effects units were all the rage. I thought at the time that it would be silly to spend a fortune on pedals and only have a few effects when I could have 100s of effects in one rack. Through the years I realized that pedals sound much better, and they have much more tweakability for each effect than a multi effects unit. One can set patches with multiple effects, but now one can do the same thing with switching units for pedals. I didn’t use 90% of the effects in the rack unit. Many of them were just goofy and impractical. I can dial in a sound on a pedal in seconds, whereas with a multi effects unit I would have to scroll through menus to change a parameter, try it, and then go through the menus again. I really don’t use 20 effects at one time anyway. Most guitarists just use 2 or 3 effects at once. I think it’s worth the extra money and space to build a good pedalboard than to mess around with a multi effects unit. I can get a better sound and get it faster with pedals. Even the big artists who still use rack effects units usually say they’re just using it for delay and reverb anyway. The only current artist I can think of who uses a multi effects unit for loads of effects and gets an incredible sound out of it is Larry Mitchell. Just my 2 cents.
Ola's video told more information in much less time. Also the wah was on half the time. Also impulse responses are absolutely a standout function because most multieffect pedals have terrible cabs. And there's not a market for something like this? The cheapest competitor for something like this is the Helix LT which is about $700 more than this, not many people have $1000 laying around.
Am I one of the only people in this comment section that thinks this sounds amazing? I personally wouldn’t take the risk in buying it as I’ve had too many bad experiences with Multi effects pedals but it sounds awesome online!
+ Sagi Dash - I watched one of their Line 6 amp vids from 2011 yesterday. Rob looked like an old man in his dreads, and Lee looked like a teenager. : - )
Finding the right woman, living an authentic life and fulfilling his dreams, being a father and having that primal urge to succeed for his family.. coupled with eating better and getting an age appropriate haircut. Yes, totally agree.
I live in the U.S and had to order mine from Canada. Paid $254. There are some great instruction videos that will show the true power of what this can do. It's astounding. The size is sub-compact compared to my Headrush pedalboard. The built-in expression pedal is where it gets really cool. You can have it affect "multiple" effects and separate parameters at the same time. (Eg...fade in Reverb while it fades out a Delay. Or start with pristine clean and fade in a roaring distortion. Endless possibilities) Can't wait to dive in and have some fun. 200 presets, bright usable screen and loaded with every effect you need and even a Looper and drum machine). Wow.
You guys sell the Radar pedal for 129 - The Ge200 is a little overpriced in my opinion but it's a much higher quality sound than the comparable Zooms etc. The only thing missing from the GE200 is an effects loop imo.
Andertons Music Co. The worst part about alot of multi effects are the cabs and they way it sounds. If you can change that with a new impulse then yes its a BIG feature.
I wanted to go dawless. Got a akai mpc one now, with a batterypack. And the Mooer ge150 is coming tomorrow. So with these 2 both running on batterypacks its perfect to have all te options i had with my daw, but now completely as a mobile studio for traveling. Eventho i discovered the ge150 just this week in 2021 its timing could not be more perfect for my wishes. 1 backpack 1 guitar bag. 1 Microphone. But a full studio without the need to use my phone or a laptop. And im never stuck behind a desk again, unless i want to. And thats refreshing after 20 years of recording. Hooray Tech. Thanks for this review guys as the ge200 and ge150 are not that different.
Hi guys. Thank you for the test. I'm using this little dream machine for about on year now and I'm pretty hapy with it. I've been able to mimiq all the guitar artists I like and all the guitar amplifiers I like too. IT goes from ALLAN HOLDSWORTH sound to GARY MOORE, going to AC/DC, AL DI MEOLA, ROBBEN FORD and so on. All the guitar players I love the most. Regarding the amplifiers,I've been able to get MATCHLESS sound, DUMBLE,MARSHALL BLUESBREAKER AMP and so on. So, Modeling technology is almots perfect I M O. Of course, be aware that this kind of product will give you a "finished" product. You have to consider the final result as the sound you could get once you cam out of the studio and listen to th recordings of your performance. With that in mind, I'm using an FR FR amplification. An amplified stage monitor for best results. Of course, people that are using a guitar amplifier may risk of being disappointed. I prefer use the amp and cab simulations in a lineat monitor in order to be consistent with this kind of product. That's the best way to use it.
Ok. Two years old but hopeful for a response from someone who has tried the Mooer, zoom G3XN and Boss ME 80. Which sounds the best? Which has the best looper?
Oh well I’m gonna let you know right off the bat that this company has upgraded those tones so much in the last six years with the new GTRSP 900 Guitar that I don’t think after listening to your your video here that there’s any comparison at all I gotta say that the GCM 900 on that was really good but other than that man this company has gone way beyond that but it would be really nice to see you do a demo of these Gtrs guitars they are phenomenal. I have watched about 20 videos so far and I’m pretty blown away.
The looper records in stereo, you can jam along with the drums and change patches all at the same time! Which you can't do with the zoom g5n. (Change patches whilst in loop mode). The mooer ge200 never runs out of dsp power! Also it has a sharc analog devises dsp chip. I took mine apart to have a look that's how I know. So yeah this pedal is a good bang for your buck! Don't forget it surports 3rd party impolse responses.
I do believe there is a space for this sort of pedals on the market. Beginners come to mind, I was gifted something similar to this when I was just learning to play, and I learned a fair lot from it through experimentation. So in that sense, I do think they're worth it. That beign said, mine was the cheapest of the cheapest, so it sounded really bad, and didn't really work half the time. Nowadays, I want a pedal like this but that skips the amp and cab modeling, and focuses only on giving good quality effects to use with a nice amp. Imagine getting one that has some gain and modulation options to plug into the preamp of your amp, then some delays and reverbs and a looper into the fx loop. Something like the Boss DD-500, MD-500, and RV-500, but in a single package.
Plus, imagine if there was a model like this for acoustic guitar to use with PA systems. Something like that could be very cool for the people who play at bars and restaurants. I know I would get one!
Just want to let you guys know that this video made me decide to purchase that pedal. Except I didn't order it through you guys, but I'd still consider it a win.
Do you think that this will work decent with a bass guitar? I find the BEV100 a bit too old and this thing looks GREAT and, most importantly, very intuitive.
You guys consider the "chap N cap" guitar model. It's a strat body in a SSH configuration. Humbucker in the bridge. Single middle. Single bridge. 24.5 scale. Volume Db boost. Lollar pickups for all 3. The pickup selector is set to 3. But the tone pots are push pull. Its crazy but crazy may just work. Or not :-)
I have the Boss GT-1 and it seems similar except that the GT-1 is about 2/3 of the price of the Mooer. Jack of all trades and master of none is a great analogy for these. I have used mine live with different distortion pre-sets through a clean channel, and it was not bad sounding. It was also convenient, but it still is no comparison to an actual valve amp. Agree with Rob that the price on this one is high for what it is.
As many say, you seem to be downing a box that has 3rd party IR loader, Dr Z and Dumble amp models in the mix. They seem to have combined their preamps and redbox into one modelling pedal that has the same range as a Line6 LT, headrush etch at third of the price. My local shop has sold 200 of these in the last month, this obviously will affect Helix, Headrush sales. The competitor for me is the Katana not the high end pedals, so the Katana 50 in the same price range. An important point is Mooer has a Mac IR loader, but their Mooer Studio is windows only. Line 6 send out Paul Hindmarsh who lives with Line6 products. For me there are some gems in this pedal like Trelicopter and eleclady pedal models as well as looking at 3rd party IR loading and some good amp models. At the price those who dont want to afford the Helix LT or the unobtainable Ampli firebox which could be close price wise. For me the manual is good and you didnt read it and if you did this with a helix it would be the same. Paul does the demos with you, perhaps you should invite a Mooer specialist demo artist, there are some Brits who do this who were at Namm. It would not surprise me if you sold hundreds despite this awful de riding demo.
I do think the Cab IR feature is what makes this unit possibly stand out from the Boss GT1 and the Zoom G5n, which I own. But I did not get any sense from this demo whether in practical terms it sounds better. Didn't seem so.
I got the Headrush and after a while I found it to sound so awful in comparison to Bias Amp that I bought a Mooer Gas Station Micro Amp in addition. it sounds a lot cooler now, but it's only one amp.... The GE200 is supposed to contain the same amp-models as are in the Micro Amps so it's already way better sounding than the Headrush. Just so you know.
I think you guys failed to mention the single most important thing about this unit that NO other unit in the same price range (including what I think is the best mutli fx of the range which is the POD HD 500X). Which is the ability to add custom impulse responses. I think that's a game changer.
Totally new to the world of Multi effects pedal. I know they vary in easy of use, Cab, cabinet choices and so forth but just on 'tone quality' period. Who is the best??? Is there a best? Do they all sound like solid state amps with gain? Does the tone in gain and distortion all sound the same? I want the best 'sounding' tone quality for tone. Not looking for things like bang for buck or great for the money. Just the best tones Thanks for any and all input.
A bit of constructive comment here, WHY do you demo a multi effects pedal with 25minutes of metal guitar playing and presets which at a push MIGHT be about 5% of the audience who will actually but it??? I live Andertons demo's but for me it warlike you both couldnt be bothered to find out anything about it?? Lee, talk about putting the boot in on products you are trying to sell " is there a market for something like this?" what a negative statement. There is absolutely a market for this and if you had used a mainstream demo of general sounds and riff's people know, they would be flying out of your shop. From my perspective, a very poorly thought out review.
I also love their demos... But you bring up a good point... Now I hate to be this negative, love these guys, but PERHAPS the reason they absolutely skewed this review was because this thing replaces SEVERAL petals that you would buy (like if you tried to build this thing yourself using individual effects pedals, the price would be INSANE)... almost all MOOER products have a good value... but this $300 or less item competes with things that are $700 to $1,500... therefore if you bought this product ultimately it would be stopping them from making more money!!!
Can somebody tell me anything about how it compares to the gt-1? (which is still 100 cheaper on thomann). Couldn't find any decent comparison so far. Thanks :)
I randomly skipped to various portions of the video and heard the same high gain tone each time. I love the dirt as much as the next 'banger but agree with others. Let's roll back the thump knob a bit and see what else is on tap. With this one fellas, it seemed like you both were running late to the pub. There's a lot in this pedal that could have been covered for what time you devoted to it. I mean, one second of talk for its IR capabilities? That's the highlight of the rig. Nonetheless, always a fan.
i hope the next video is mooer radar. i watched a guy use radar tube power amp simulation in a solid state amp fx loop. it sounds amazing to my ears. could you do that if you decided to make the video? thanks
You'd need to spend a lot more time fiddling before you could say there's nothing this does really well. you'd need to put each individual efect up aginst a single pedal that does the same thing.
I have a really nice pedalboard with lovely OD pedals and reverbs, BUT i dont own a phaser, chorus, flanger, octave, and other pedals so I use my Zoom G5 for all those as they're great! I think fir a bedroom learner guitarist, budget multi FX are great, especially if they have things like loopers etc
All Guitars in this song are completly recorded with the MOOER GE200 Amp Modeler. Rain Air - Sitz Platz Bleib (Rammstein Style) Official Video th-cam.com/video/xxxjsjRtIRg/w-d-xo.html
I'm a great fan of your demos guys, but this one doesn't seem to be an honest one, is almost like you just wanted to throw away the unit and i see a lot of coments that adress this matter, maybe you really tried to give it a chance, but as a fan of your videos, i think that you should put more "love" into your reviews even when you don't like the products that you are testing, you guys have a really big fan base and people will make choises based on what you are showing them. Thanks for the demo anyway, i just purchased one of these because in all other demos going arround youtube it sounded a lot better. Cheers!
hi! i have a Nova System connected direct to mixer for small live shows. Its good but it doesnt have amp models and some stuff.... is this pedal better or more versatile? is it worth to sell Nova System and buy this for small gigs?
So I am looking at this because somebody while demoing the Gtrs S801 professional series. Guitar, which is an app modeling guitar, which is awesome from what I can tell. Mentioned this little unit and said well you can get yourself a PRS and a Moore 200 or do you get the GTRS801 or the GTRSP 900 which the pain stand for pro there is the GTS 800 which cost list and doesn’t have some of the same upper upgrades that the pro has but the ant modeling is the same it’s just you get walking tuners and stainless steel fret, maple roasted neck in the pro model, and a one heckuva tremolo My question to you is, do you think you could do a throwdown between this little unit here that you are examining now this little 200 and the GTRS 800 and then have the Gtrs P 900 I’d like to see what the difference is if you can get more out of the guitar the guitar itself seems to be really awesomethe Moore GTRS S800 S801 P and the P900 and the M800 M is for metal and a W800 also
Hello!, which of this pedals would you recommend in terms of tone (and/or features)? This Mooer GE200 or the Zoom G3xn, both are near the same price in my country.
actually, a jack of all trades small form factor multifx pedal is exactly what I want -does it really wireless charge your phone? or were you messing ? - I've got a heavy pedalboard with neunaber, faux tape echo, dumkudo, supa trem etc but I can't be lugging that into a hotel lounge if I'm doing a 2 piece gig - - so, what are its jack of all trades competitors in price range and size/weight?
mooer has some grfeat affordable products. this would have to compete with the boss gt1 which is a 100 dollars cheaper and sounds 10,000 times better. a digital effects pedal still has a place. for me. you can get a digitech rp255. turn off the amp and cab modeling and put it on your board thru the effects loop and have all the reverb, modulation, and delay effects you could want with an expression pedal.
Hard to find in the US. The Zoom G3nx appears to be a better value and a better product. The appeal of these to me is that I DJ and can plug this into my PA. OF based options are more complicated and a other box is required to connect the guitar and amplifier.
I usually love your videos, but I'm not sure this demo really does justice to the GE-200 at all. Like a lot of other people have said, these multi-effects units almost always sound bad if you don't tweak the presets just a bit. But this unit has a ton of great tones in it out of the box and the fact you can load in other third party IRs makes it excellent value for money.
I am a confused consumer. What do I get? Boss Gt1 or Mooer GE200 or Line 6 pod 500x or something else? I want to play at home and do some home recording.
I would suggest you get a simple interace, decent studio moniter's and Positive Grid's Bias or another similar software if you are just playing at home and recording. For a maybe 200-400 (depending on if you get a deal on the interface and/or monitors), you've got fantastic sounds for recording.
I have a Digitech RP360 and would seem to do everything the mooer does for £109 . I love my RP360 which I have hooked up to a Digitech Trio plus and a crybaby wah pedal. I can be a rock god in the privacy of my own living room!
Just looking at the title I thought that Mooer was getting into building guitars. the title was clipped on the home page to "Mooer GE200 Guitar Demo - A Jack of All Trades Guitar".
Nice one. Question do you ever compare say a Boss gt3 with with the new gear? I've got one that I hardly ever use. Some times I plug it in and fart around with it and surprised of some of the good sounds in this old box . Thanks Andre
At that price range what other multi effect units allow you to load your own IR? I think it sounds good even though I do prefer a warmer sound. My only beef with the unit is the lack of an effects loop, which greatly limits what I would use this for. Since we are going into an app based world I think prices should be dropping and instead they are increasing. There certainly there is a market for budget smart effects. At the rate modeling tech is advancing I myself don’t want to drop thousands of dollars on gear that would be outclassed by the new shinny toy in matter of short years or even months.
Is there anyway to change how painfully slow the setting adjustment knob is? You can see Lee spin the physical one completely around 5 or 6 times for the needle on the image to move maybe 5 degrees, it must take 10 mins to max something out from zero or vice versa.
An interesting device - might be worth a shootout with the Boss ME80 and one of the Zoom devices - the 5 I’d think to make it close to the same spec. Perhaps a Line6 Firehawk (the HD500x perhaps although it is a higher price point). I admit I was not blown away nor was I offended either by the sounds. Biggest issue is the price even at $299 there are other options - but you certainly could not assemble a pedal board for that or arguably 1.5 times that - maybe if you stick to really affordable pedals you could duplicate much of the function for about twice that... and as an aside an iPad is a lot more expensive but of course does 1000x more so...
I’m a home player and have one of these hooked up to a Trio+(GE200+TrioPlus = Many hours of happiness for us guitar loners). Gaaaaaasp! Amazing video idea: what this guy suggests vs the real thing. Modelled signal chain vs hardware. Or Variax vs real banjo!!!

OK...but we did mention it, albeit very briefly, at 3.55 ;)
Andertons Music Co. Shame on my for not recognising this, but still you really should have talked and showed that. (:
That's what all the other videos and google is for :-)...

HateCreation but those fx sound horrrid

Agreed. That was awful. They've improved so much, but this one was unbearable.

That clean tone you opened with was fantastic!
With the MERGE feature on the expression pedal you can control multiple functions on multiple effects within one patch at the same time :)
Am I one of the only people in this comment section that thinks this sounds amazing? I personally wouldn’t take the risk in buying it as I’ve had too many bad experiences with Multi effects pedals but it sounds awesome online!
Honestly, it sounds quite good.
jesus... it's like chappers is getting better looking with age and the captain doesn't age at all...
Its our new sponsorship deal for anti ageing cream from Loreal. Because we're worth it.
Does Loreal launch their cream LIVE IN YOUR EYES!!!!!?

so now that you've had it for a while........what do you think? very curious!
Best fuckin review video I have ever seen in my entire life... And I mean all the categories...
The 2.0.3 software update that came out last year was a huge improvement. I sold my Helix after upgrading.
Hey, did you notice any difference between the two? I'm stuck between this and the Helix HX Stomp....
Lol
The standout function would be the ability to load third party impulse responses which wasn't covered in the video. Kemper on a budget?
I wouldn't say that was the stand out function, but yes, you can do this - sorry if we didn't mention that in the video!
You guys sell the Radar pedal for 129 - The Ge200 is a little overpriced in my opinion but it's a much higher quality sound than the comparable Zooms etc. The only thing missing from the GE200 is an effects loop imo.
Captain mentions custom IR at 3:55 (as he's reading the features from the manual).
Andertons Music Co. The worst part about alot of multi effects are the cabs and they way it sounds. If you can change that with a new impulse then yes its a BIG feature.
No other product under $1500 that i know of has that. Yes live pedal but it doesn't have the effects so not like this or Axe etc
Mooer respect for this lovely affordable unit guys...
Chappers' playing at the start was probably the greatest thing my ears have digestified - that clean tone!!!
"Cute looking little thing, different coloured rings round the knob"
Ok. Two years old but hopeful for a response from someone who has tried the Mooer, zoom G3XN and Boss ME 80.
Which sounds the best?
Which has the best looper?
The volley ball edits make my day every time.
I'm loving Story Time with Lee Anderton. And I desperately want to know what Pete was doing when everyone was showing off their white boxers.
Apparently players here in the US think better of this than Rob or Lee, since it seems to be sold out everywhere.
I think they purposely do this for all fast east brands I’ve noticed. I personally think it’s a brilliant product for that price.
Americans buy anything that's a new release, so that doesn't mean anything.
padmarley sure you meant Far East
Love you guys been watching you guys for years cheers 🍻 rock on brothers of Rock from Canada
That was a great clean open tone. Where are all the complaints about it. Oh wait no one wants to see them.
I'm in love with Mine.
Or not :-)
The JCM900 sounded amazingly good. To me it sounded a lot like a Bogner modified JCM800.
Which one would be better Zoom G5n or Mooer GE200?
I have the Boss GT-1 and it seems similar except that the GT-1 is about 2/3 of the price of the Mooer. Jack of all trades and master of none is a great analogy for these. I have used mine live with different distortion pre-sets through a clean channel, and it was not bad sounding. It was also convenient, but it still is no comparison to an actual valve amp. Agree with Rob that the price on this one is high for what it is.
Damn that thing sounds good.
This is a lot nicer than expected! Sounds a bit cheaper in the high freqs but then the options make up for that shiz
Just the best tones Thanks for any and all input.
they asked what other multi-fx can compete with the GE200, the Boss GT-1 which they haven't reviewed.
Thanks :)
Id love to hear Pete play through this to show off some of its tasty tones. Robs’s great but his clean playing just doesn’t show much.
Not very honest... it sounds better than any unit at comparable price...
The background piano was a nice touch. :)
i hope the next video is mooer radar. i watched a guy use radar tube power amp simulation in a solid state amp fx loop. it sounds amazing to my ears. could you do that if you decided to make the video? thanks
Multi-effects pedal shootout. Maybe have some presets already made as well. I’m looking for a low budget ME pedal but I just don’t know what I’d want
You'd need to spend a lot more time fiddling before you could say there's nothing this does really well. you'd need to put each individual efect up aginst a single pedal that does the same thing.
Sounds wonderful and maybe it is a Line 6 eater hopefully
5:54 order your Andertons boxershort right now, only available in Extra Extra Large (EEL), to be worn backwards.
Which better sound and easy to use? Mooer ge 200 or zoom g3xn?
You're 'Man Root' is just fine Rob haha.
Can't wait to hear that song when it's done!
Please do a comparison with this and Boss GT-1!
No complaints on my ge200...snapped up a new one for £140 😎
I have a really nice pedalboard with lovely OD pedals and reverbs, BUT i dont own a phaser, chorus, flanger, octave, and other pedals so I use my Zoom G5 for all those as they're great! I think fir a bedroom learner guitarist, budget multi FX are great, especially if they have things like loopers etc
All Guitars in this song are completly recorded with the MOOER GE200 Amp Modeler.

Cheers!
This is cool, I'd like to be able to try one of these out!! Being on disability makes it difficult to do
hi! i have a Nova System connected direct to mixer for small live shows.
Mentioned this little unit and said well you can get yourself a PRS and a Moore 200 or do you get the GTRS801 or the GTRSP 900 which the pain stand for pro there is the GTS 800 which cost list and doesn’t have some of the same upper upgrades that the pro has but the ant modeling is the same it’s just you get walking tuners and stainless steel fret, maple roasted neck in the pro model, and a one heckuva tremolo
My question to you is, do you think you could do a throwdown between this little unit here that you are examining now this little 200 and the GTRS 800 and then have the Gtrs P 900 I’d like to see what the difference is if you can get more out of the guitar the guitar itself seems to be really awesomethe Moore GTRS S800 S801 P and the P900 and the M800 M is for metal and a W800 also
Could you do a vid comparing the real thing to this pedal?
Hello!, which of this pedals would you recommend in terms of tone (and/or features)? This Mooer GE200 or the Zoom G3xn, both are near the same price in my country.
actually, a jack of all trades small form factor multifx pedal is exactly what I want -does it really wireless charge your phone? or were you messing ? - I've got a heavy pedalboard with neunaber, faux tape echo, dumkudo, supa trem etc but I can't be lugging that into a hotel lounge if I'm doing a 2 piece gig - - so, what are its jack of all trades competitors in price range and size/weight?
mooer has some grfeat affordable products. this would have to compete with the boss gt1 which is a 100 dollars cheaper and sounds 10,000 times better. a digital effects pedal still has a place. for me. you can get a digitech rp255. turn off the amp and cab modeling and put it on your board thru the effects loop and have all the reverb, modulation, and delay effects you could want with an expression pedal.
although poor demo, its very entertaining to watch you 2
Hi and thanks for the review! I was wondering whether for live use, directly to PA, would a DI box be needed?
2:06 i'm in tears
Have you ever done a comparison video of an effects unit vs a bunch of pedals worth around the same amount?
which member of the team needs to say at home on demo day ? (three guesses)
This or the g3xn?
I am a confused consumer. What do I get? Boss Gt1 or Mooer GE200 or Line 6 pod 500x or something else? I want to play at home and do some home recording.
Viktor Grahn For the best Sound you can go with the pod hd500x! Its a other Range than the boss oder Mooer, but they are great for the money
I would suggest you get a simple interace, decent studio moniter's and Positive Grid's Bias or another similar software if you are just playing at home and recording. For a maybe 200-400 (depending on if you get a deal on the interface and/or monitors), you've got fantastic sounds for recording.
dont buy floor units if you aren't playing live. there is literally no downside.
I have a Digitech RP360 and would seem to do everything the mooer does for £109 . I love my RP360 which I have hooked up to a Digitech Trio plus and a crybaby wah
pedal. I can be a rock god in the privacy of my own living room!
Hello. How many individual effects can you use at the same time with this pedal?
I do not see a uni-vibe type effect in the list.....Does it have one?
Just looking at the title I thought that Mooer was getting into building guitars. the title was clipped on the home page to "Mooer GE200 Guitar Demo - A Jack of All Trades Guitar".
This or the g3xn?.
Nice one. Question do you ever compare say a Boss gt3 with with the new gear? I've got one that I hardly ever use. Some times I plug it in and fart around with it and surprised of some of the good sounds in this old box . Thanks Andre
Zoom G1xon. It is 50 bucks and serious sound. Would be nice to see a review from you.
this can be connect directly to ipad thru usb connector for garageband?
can you do a multi effects all in one shoot out ????
This or boss me80 ?
Is it possible to use with an acoustic guitae?
As Rob said it should be 199. A great video would be putting it against the 199 multi-efect units like boss-gt1.
What do you think is better this? Or the boss gt 1?
How do amp tones on this compare to Mooer preamp live pedal? Same company but everyone loves live pedal
