How to do Sat Kriya: 3 minute practice

- One of the most famous Kundalini Yoga kriyas for feeling grounded yet also elevated, in just 3 minutes. Chanting: Sat Nam = Truth is my Essence.
Instructions:
Bring hands together, interlace fingers and leave pointer fingers out, cross thumbs.
Arms come up, above the head, with sides of arms at the ears.
Head is straight, close eyes and bring gaze to the brow point.
Chant Sat whilst gently squeezing the navel point in, and Nam whilst relaxing the navel.
Continue for 3 minutes, then rest for an equal amount of time.
