First of all it has come to my attention we lay claim to a sickness when we say my . I had been told in my mind. To stop calling it my depression. And instead say the depression. It loses claim on you. When you say my . It's like you are unintentionally saying this is mine . I accept it. And your mind believes this too. And I speak from my own experience of suffering with chronic depression for over ,,30 years. I asked God show me how I can receive my Miracle and help to manifest it in my physical reality and in my mind. And that's when I just started seeing and hearing in my mind. Stop laying claim on things you don't want. Especially sickness pain. Replace your words and speak out the word the not my and start releasing the strong hold that the sickness has hold on you.
