gurl... them drawings you're trying to do on your nails are not hand-drawn (well, maybe if your nail designer are real talented and have the equipament to do so). You can get nail stickers for that!! (maybe online if you don't find locally??). You put them above a coat or two of nail polisher and then put another coat above them so they fix and get all shiny. Some are really just above (like the ones who mimics diamonds and shit like that), but it needs to get fixed with nail polisher.
