Great job , straight out of Pinterest 🎉..my only concern is the cooker ..it's too close to the sitting area, a hood could have made it better..the chimney thing! But all in all this is awesome...i will look for you to revamp house...also does one require permits from the county govt to renovate.. especially old 70s houses? How much is the cost?

Great work a few more touches to add the premium feel of the spaces include adding LED lighting on the shelves and for downlighting in the kitchen to illuminate the working spaces. sliding doors for the closet. you did amazing work on the bathroom a rectangular shower drain would have been awesome
