There is no link between the changing position of the mother while sleeping. Not necessary to wake up and change position it won't cause any cord issue for the baby. It is very difficult for high risk pregnancy mothers to wake up and change position. It will put pressure on the cervix which may lead to membrane rupture.

There is no link between the changing position of the mother while sleeping. Not necessary to wake up and change position it won't cause any cord issue for the baby. It is very difficult for high risk pregnancy mothers to wake up and change position. It will put pressure on the cervix which may lead to membrane rupture.
