@@monroemiller after 14 years they finally feel almost effortless. I have been bending my arms and beginning my arms pull prematurely while getting my clamp. My arms/grip would burn up fast, and its greatly reduced how high i could bring my legs to get my clamp. Went from 2.25 pulls to 1.5👊🏻
Great one but after the clamp instead of hips to rope do heels to butt and from there just stand - I watched a Brent Fikowski rope climb tip about that and it makes a huge difference
I had a dream that i was in the millitary and there were ropes and at the bottom was a pit of water with shark in it and this was training some of us quit and we had to hold on to these ropes with one arm and have a gun in the other and let our legs hang and that inspired me to become insanely strong
In gymnastics we don't use legs when rope climbing. Only arms
