Talbot Solara Gls running again after 3 months in the garage

Simca Talbot Solara GLS 1.6 on LPG. Was put in the garage on december 31 2013, due to the fact that thanks to the Dutch government changed the tax rules(untill end of 2013 all cars before 1987 were completely road tax free).
I feel very upset about this, but I do not want to pay 1156 Euro road tax a year again, because my car is running on the environmentalfriendly LPG , but the Dutch government needs the money, the are short of money. But I refuse to pay them Euro 1156,= a year for just the road tax, since it was tax free in the past.
The car is 33 years old now, I will start it up every 3 months, to let the engine run, and not let the brakes be damaged from standing still.
Helaas dankzij onze Nederlandse Roverheid, moet deze auto tot in 2021 in de schuur blijven staan. Ik weiger om 1156 Euro wegenbelasting per jaar te betalen. Dit is een kort filmpje waarbij ik de motor laat lopen, en de remmen gangbaar houd. Zodat de remmen niet vast gaan zitten.

My second car that I owned after passing my test in 1992 was a Solara Rapier,one of the most fun cars I ever had, apart from every winter the hammerite had to go an inch higher up the doors and sill, it rusted like mad,but was brilliant mechanically.
