First started listening at the beginning after hearing "Wait and Bleed" everywhere. Iowa blew me away and to this day is my favorite. Vol 3 was the end of high school and I got back into them a little after. Stopped listening for years, discovering other bands, then came back and gave AHIG a try which is an incredible album too. After giving a casual listen here and there since to see what they're about, I can't get into anything since. I will say it's really cool to see a band who no one I knew anywhere understood when I was young is now so wildy popular in today's industry.
Vol 3 that album separate slipknot from any other band in the scene especially in that time and the peak of Slipknot's career one last chance for slipknot to break their ceiling and o my the did that with a bang.
