The MC seems to know what is supposed to happen. Unfortunately, he did not rehearse his servers/acolytes and the clergy were not briefed on where they were to go either, and missal was forgotten. As a Master Of Ceremonies for the EF mass, any and all mistakes, glitches, that may happen in the mass are blamed on the MC. It is his responsibility to oversee that the altar is set properly, review the missal and make sure it is set, rehearse his severs, and instruct the clergy before mass of where they should be. Thank God the cantor has a beautiful rich voice.

Well, keep in mind that this is an Anglican (not Episcopal) church. Though they obviously have a beautiful building, notice there are very few people in the congregation. That probably means they do not have the resources to do a better job. It's hard to avoid something being amateurish when you don't have many people to plan it.
They evidently had enough money to buy their church building--Episcopal Church law usually makes it the property of the Episcopal diocese, not the congregation. So I'm guessing they have some rich members. But probably not a very large congregation.
