- Kyiv has been targeted by a series of Russian missile attacks at the start of a visit by African leaders designed to broker peace.

I am always praying for Ukraine and the people of Ukraine during this difficult time. It's horrible what's happening, horrible. It's made me reflect on my own life and my personal problems compared to those of the unfortunate people that have had their lives ruined and have lost homes and loved ones.
Money worries, work worries, depression, lacking hygiene, my attitude towards people, my health concerns due to smoking and overeating and the fact that I am single. If the people of Ukraine can fight through their troubles then surely I can as well? I am going to use the War in Ukraine to motivate myself to change life for the better and become a better version of myself.
