They all look delicious! What recipe do you use for the tortillas?
To be honest it was from THE CAST-IRON SKILLET COOKBOOK. I was unable to find a link. I changed it slightly so here’s what I did…
1 1/2 cups of flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp chilled butter
3/4 cup room temp water
In a large bowl mix flour, salt & baking powder. Cut in the butter until a crumbly dough forms (I used my hands) Add half the water to start, mixing the dough, adding the remaining water to create a dough that’s not too sticky. Knead the dough 8-10 minutes until it’s soft & elastic. Divide dough into 6-10 equal parts (depending on the size you want your tortillas). Roll out each piece into rounds. Cook in heated, non-greased cast-iron (or non-stick) skillet between 15-20 seconds each side.
