Gündüz Gece, bu hafta Ege’nin şirin ili Uşak’tan keyifli görüntülerle evlere konuk oldu. Uşak Ulubey’in meşhur helvasının nasıl yapıldığı izleyicilerle paylaşıldı.

We present you fresh making Helva with Halva Master Ahmet.
Ahmet is 1.90 m high like a model, maşallah very big.
All the helva maker ( masters ) and producer in Uşak coming from Ulubey and we are here in Ulubey.
He will us say the secrets of helva.
Helva ingredients are sugar, sunflower seeds , tahin.
Stir/mixing until to be cooked.
An other helva is espacially Uşak Summer-helva called red-helva making with/from sugar beet. Another places they made with food colors, here with sugar beet
Ahmet here is very hot, is burning, 130° C.
45 minutes mixing
who make it? 45 mın. long continious stiry with handas and arms
