How much clearance does the fan/blades/propellers need from the housing - between both sides (where the drill and water intake are) as well as between the edge of the blades and the circular housing? I want to attempt this project but I am a novice and would like to limit the frustration I’ll inevitably encounter. So just thinking (without any knowledge base) I’m wondering how the space around the blades would effect the efficiency or pressure-for example - would too much space allow excessive water intake; would too little space restrict water flow? And is there some standard ratio or guideline to follow??
Oh dear. I’m really sorry. I’ve been busy with my work. Nearly forgot. ❤️. I will update measurements in this article tomorrow link newphysicist.com/diy-water-pump
Propeller dia 3.5 inch Casing Dia 4 inch Inlet pipe dia 1 inch Outlet pipe dia 3/4 inch You must place propeller inside the casing little outward (not at the centre) to get a volute shape. Still any doubts let me know
@@newphysicist where can i found the rubber bush? Or can you give me some suggestion regard how to replace the rubber bush if unable to find it? Btw tq for responding..i really appreciate it😊
Pump diameter is too large than motor so watar has no force .reduce Dia of pump and dont make it centrifugal.then what a pressure it gives in small pump also.
No that is Not a wasting time at all. It's better to do projects instead of doing things like doing absolutely Nothing at all and going out selling drugs to people that don't need them and that is a waste of time.

That impeller will work great with a car reductor motor
Impressive work!
Impressive work!
Thank u ☺️
Yes❤❤❤
Amazing video! I’m going to make one out of pure interest. Cheers!
Beautiful impeller
Well done! And good job!
Really cool, even the sound, but I had to pump up to about 1,5-2m.
How high can pump your pump? And how much water per hour?
I haven’t done the calculations yet. Give me one more day. Thanks for watching 💕💕
@@newphysicist its Christmas... take your time :-)
Youre great!
Merry Christmas 🎄
punya skil sendiri good sukses selalu lanjut mantap terima kasih ilmunya bos
Itu yg kaya tanah namanya apaan bang? Apa kalo kena air nggak lembek
Good luck my dear friend good
Good job
Hi awesome video my friend, I was wondering if you ever had done a video over a centrifugal difusser model ?
Wow 😲 Good DIY👍👍👍
Nice work! can I see the materials and dimensions of it?
Good work aromal👍
