Every time you post your locs look so much longer!! I have a similar loc routine. It’s great to see your routine and products. I might try rose water now. Thanks!
Oh, interesting! I can't tell sometimes, unless i compare to a previous video lol. And yes, this kind of routine is so simple but really gets the job done! For me, it was hard to move past the idea of needing to do so much more with some of my previous hairstyles. But after a bit of trial and error...simplicity was all that was needed! Lol
My moisturizing routine is very similar to yours lol. I don’t hear a lot of people with locs using castor oil but find that it’s the best moisturizing agent for my hair. I also incorporate it with peppermint essential oil. Anyway, great video! 👍🏾
But what about your scalp? What do u do with it plus how many time per week? And have u notice a little more buid up since u are using castor oil on the locs? I m just asking because oil trap lots of dust and everything and I think I heard you said that you don t really like to cover your hair so I was just curious.
I actually dont oil my scalp on non-wash days except for winter time/ colder season, when the chance of scalp dryness is higher. When I do oil my scalp, i typically use coconut oil (on scalp only) or castor oil. I feel like locs naturally attract lint and things, but I haven't noticed any crazy buildup (compared to when I was using other oils). Also, the only place I notice buildup can show well is in the back, where my locs are rubbing against the material and where it is harder to rinse off excess shampoo. I hope that helped clarify!
Great vid M....beautiful locs..thanks❤️✌🏾
Thank you, luv! Im glad to share!

Yes, I feel that it does such a good job of sealing in that moisture from water/rose water. Thank you so much!
Your locs look great. Do you ever do hot oil treatments?
Thank you! And yes, I typically do a hot oil treatment right after I do an acv rinse and shampoo. But I only do an acv rinse once every 4 months or so
