Homegirl, coming from a nursing student who just had the flu... no working out when you’re sick, you will dehydrate yourself further and extend the illness! Drink electrolyte drinks, humidifier, Vic’s vapor rub and lots of sleep 💕 immunity shots don’t help much once you’re sick

Bro I was sick all week too with the flu :/ it SUCKED. Plus, there’s so many people out right now and there’s germs everywhere.My advice is to just rest. Don’t rest and then over do it cause then you’ll crash at the end of the day. Also don’t eat sugar or dairy cause I did and it made my sickness worse

I've been sick since Christmas Break; I think that it's because of waiting to hear back from colleges and school work. That could be the same for you. As for getting better, I'm actually avoiding all organic products because they are higher in bacteria and stuff that would normally be not be found in non-organic products. It's actually helped with the side effects. But I still feel unwell most likely due to stress. Feel better!
