37 is still young age. I am 38 and i am quick as I was when I was twenty. I feel to be in better condition thar i never was

Lerd is unreal to be able to keep fighting at this level in his age.
The only thing holding him back.
It's clear his style isn't suited for the long fights, which now as his age gets bigger the worse his stamina.

If you fight Lerdsila you have to overload his reflexes. Don't throw one punch or one kick, don't lead with the primary attack, go for several punches and throw the last one as a powerful one. He might dodge the first 1 or 2 but the 3rd will get him.
