I don’t think these were repackaged at all. There are double of the same code card and double of the same card errors that happen frequently in the factory.

So I just discovered this channel and I got to say these Pokemon TCG opening vids hit me in the feels. I used to collect and play the TCG growing up back in the Wizards era. The Base Set vid with MatPat especially hit the feels. Sadly I don't collect or play Pokemon TCG anymore. I stopped collecting for years and tried getting back into Pokemon TCG around the gen with Snivy and the fire pig starter. It wasn't Wizards anymore and just felt too different to me. Almost felt like a whole different game to play. Still love looking at pokemon cards though. Edit: Got distracted and forgot to add my main thought. Man I love the look of the foil on the Radiant cards if they all have a similar foil to Blastoise.
Id watch ypu do lets plays for sure. Especially pokeman games ypu"ve never finished (ruby/fire red and maybe scarlet if you want) it could be a proper excuse for ypu to finally finish one.
Walmart had the tins on sale half-off online. I got a bunch (certianly less than 100 packs worth overall) and got some good pulls. I actually got a pack with two code cards as well. I a first purchase of tins and got some good pulls but was surprised when I got a radiant Charizard because it wasn't aware of these chase cards until I saw this one. I got a vebumasur and a second charizard. I wound up getting a few more tins and they were delivered today. I got two more radiant charizards and a Blastous. I was very glad to get at least one of each and a full player of Charizard but surprised at that ratio. One Blastiois, one Venasaur and four charizard. I got some dud tine and some good ones but I got a lot more hits proportionally. I did get some weirdness like two of the same card in a pack but it was not resealed at all. I think you might have better luck with tins. Each tin gives you four packs and they were $10 a piece. I think they are $15 a piece now but likly less per pack than you paid.

Absolutely. My first pack from the set came from a 100% legit sealed mini tin from a reputable chain game store and it had two pikachu and two squirtle in a row
I wanted to mention a story that happened a couple days ago. One day I wanted to get Japanese cards and each one costed 45 dollars but you get 4 rare cards that could be valuable. So I went to the checkout counter and the lady said that they restocked them with Korean cards but she didn’t know that some where still their. So the lady ended up scanning one pack and we asked for two more cards, instead of scanning all the cards she times the Korean cards 3x at the checkout counter, which each one was 11 dollars each. We ended up with two Japan cards because the lady mixed the two languages up and if you do the math we saved around 84 dollars.
To answer your question of around the 44 minute mark: I *personally* don't watch live streams, so if I were the only person in existence you wouldn't have to do that.. but hey, if it makes you happy then why not? :3

I recently got back into pokemon because my cousin showed me the alt art Giratina V card. And the amount of packs I've opened just for that card, I might just buy the card at this point.

Then two days ago i bought a box with 3 pokemon go cards out of nowhere, and got the charizard on the first pack, which was my only chase card from this set. So yeah we can't win either way, and the packs pull us in everytime
ive done youtube and twitch off and on for years. I honestly think with your audience size Using TH-cam for both Live streams and Vods will be the easyest consistency wise and where your audience is. Moving to twich is hard to reach out for new people vs youtube where we can look up your names/tags and its all there. well if you make about $3 to $5 per every 1,000 views then you would either have $45 to $75 for 15,000 views not including ads. if you bought cards for work purposes? then you can get a tax right off. what i'm saying is unless you open packs for work then yes it is better to buy the singles. its hard to know how much some youtubers make since some say you get $10 or even $100 per 1,000 views or even less money like a $1.
I feel your pain… I had the opposite problem with PoGo packs. I’ve pulled at least doubles of all the radiants but not a single secret rare!! At least 50 packs opened.
There's nothing saying that if you want to stream a game you are going to be playing anyway that you have to stream consistently (or even well lol). If you want to try streaming and decide you hate it or its not for you or it takes too much time, you can always stop.
