- As per the Vishakha guidelines and the Sexual Harassment of Women at the Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act of 2013 as well as the UGC guidelines, every university campus in India is directed to take measures to ensure an environment free of sexual harassment.
This video is part of a larger project by the Centre for Studies in Gender and Sexuality, Ashoka University, meant to educate people across institutions about the ways and means to identify harassment and understand ICC guidelines better. Please feel free to use these videos as a part of any educational workshops in your respective institutions.
The idea for making sexual harassment films set in the Indian academy was first conceived by Madhavi Menon, and brought to fruition in conversation with Ayesha Mago and Shiv Datt Sharma. Ayesha Mago was also the script consultant and codirector of the training films, and the force behind their user friendly manual. We also thank Big Klick Films, especially Prerna Siddharth for making the films.
This was awesome! Women should start treating men just like they treat women.

I'm going to give my honest reaction:
While I don't blame in the first case the guy getting a bit uncomfortable, I don't think I'd feel anything more than that. I'd probably honestly appreciate getting this kind of attention from females, haha, and play back with it.
Yep. I think guys don't feel uncomfortable while catcalled or sexualized by girls but they feel very good from inside. Happy and charming. But when this happens to girls, they don't feel good at all. Idk why is it like this. Maybe cuz it's biology. I have seen the same case in animals just like humans.
@@rashmiku7762 Some of it is the fact that women, on average, don't pose remotely the same physical threat to a man as the other way around.
@@PKMNFan4664 yuppp. Cuz man can be stronger and aggressive than women. They contribute more in these cases. This all came because of evolution.
