There is a lot of flowers in this mv. Flowers represent youth but also something that reborns each year. Did you notice the flowers arrangement, it's look like those from funeral, so death. Now death > born again > suffering/pain > death > born again = the cycle of life or the journey of life > becoming an adult through pain. So here, there is no "storyline", it's more like a philosophical red line, the one with we all can relate.
This video is so beautiful with the immersion in flowers and it's so totally different from the Korean version. For HYYH era they mostly shot outdoors amidst nature in gardens, forests, fields and open spaces with lots of flowers, blooming cherry trees and green grass. It matched the new soft esthetic of the group including the outfits, the hairstyle and make-up, the music, the lyrics, the albums packaging with superb photobooks, the BU narrative and more. They just bloomed into perfection and yes they all look so beautiful like 🌸 flower 🌸 flower 🌸 flower 🌸
You can watch it as much as you want. We do not mind and true, you will catch something new every watch. You first for the overall concept, then the choreo, the lyrics, the details etc :-) They studied Japanese because outside of Korea, I think it is in Japan way back then that they became very popular and for that they need to speak Japanese when they held concerts. They also studied a bit of Chinese. Now they are studying English. They have a lot of beautiful Japanese songs: Crystal Snow (you should listen to this gem), Lights (another gem :-D), Stay Gold, Film Out, Let Go (the choreo wow), For You, Don't Leave Me... okkaayyy all are treasures 😍
I have never seen this. Ive been wanting to get into the BU but it just seemed way more than my brain could try to figure out so im glad you're doing it and i can juat join your ride down the BU rabbit hole lol. 😊💜
All of the members of BTS speak at least some Japanese, though it's hard to assess exactly how fluent they are, since they tend to memorize the lines for their speeches, phrases to yell out in concerts, etc. I can tell that RM, V, Jimin and J-Hope are at least conversationally proficient... they can hold their own in Japanese interviews. The others definitely understand it, even if they aren't always comfortable speaking it. Suga is especially shy about it, so it always got a funny reaction from the other members whenever he would say something in Japanese. Honestly, I think Suga is the same with English. That guy 100% understands everything that people are saying around him, he just lacks the confidence to form his own sentences and phrases. I think I read somewhere that J-hope speaks some Mandarin, too? multilingual kings 👑
