Another pleasant surprise! I'll never forget fighting that Annihilator in the story mode in co-op. I was in a KGC, and I'd been tanking for our lance up to the boss fight, so I had almost nothing left. We had no idea what was about to happen, and Annie took off my arms and nearly killed me - nearly. When Annie decided to attack a friend instead since I'd gotten into cover, I ran out behind it and rammed it. Collision damage throws aim EVERYWHERE, so Annie couldn't land a shot with a big-ass KGC on its back!

I remember that fight. I remember being on mental autopilot (kill mode) and just blasting anything that moved. Had no idea I killed the mission objective till I heard one of the screaming popups from the terrible voice acting. Turns out I had no idea I was killing the main objective!

If something halfway between a flight simulator and an FPS sounds interesting, check it out. It's a long-running franchise for a reason. All of the Mechwarrior _: Mercenaries games have a pretty metal soundtrack already, while the regular Mechwarrior soundtracks are more atmospheric.
Metal blaring into your ears along side the crunching stomps of your advance, the firing of autocannon and laser, as you decimate the enemy with HOTAS, and the VR mod, is a level of enpowerment hard to find in other games.
If Doomguy was a Battle Mech pilot! I definitely need this in my upcoming Merctech playthrough!
well...Doomguy is more of an Elemental guy.
Makes me wonder if doom guy would be a Clanner or IS pilot. His physique and combat skill is surely more clanner-like but but there's no way he'd put up with those weird rules they have, and then the IS has so much political BS and backstabbing going at all times that he'd probably not align with any of those factions. A Merc maybe? Tho could doom guy really be bought for money? Hmmm....

Could I use this in a mod plz
dude I'm trying to figure it out myself, but no matter what EQ I use your guitar always ends up being buried deep down in the mix... don't scoop the mids too hard, otherwise the guitar loses a lot of "weight" (at least for solos)
