Pranaam Swamiji, bowing down. Profound lecture and I am smiling! My hot food that I was so embarrassed serving you now makes me laugh, maybe that was okay as I had made a mistake by adding the chilies twice absentmindedly. I owe you a better meal someday, God willing. Jai Thakkur Ma Swamiji. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
returning to hear this again. "THIS WORLD IS A CIRCUS RING" (New Discoveries, Vol. 6, p. 156.) From Mrs. Alice Hansbrough's reminiscences of Swami Vivekananda's conversation with Miss Bell at Camp Taylor, California, in May 1900: MISS BELL: This world is an old schoolhouse where we come to learn our lessons. SWAMI VIVEKANANDA: Who told you that? [Miss Bell could not remember.] Well, I don't think so. I think this world is a circus ring in which we are the clowns tumbling. MISS BELL: Why do we tumble, Swami? SWAMI VIVEKANANDA: Because we like to tumble. When we get tired, we will quit.
Brilliant talk. Swami ji was referring to this section in MLB’s magnum opus, ‘new discoveries’. Why do we tumble, Swami?” she asked. “Because we like to tumble,” was his answer. “When we get tired, we will quit.” It was a vision from the heights of Advaitic realization: he watched the joyous festival taking place, each reveler performing whatever flip or somersault he or she would, and simultaneously he saw that nothing was happening at all; there was nothing at all but Brahman. In that realm, he lived.
yes energy, power, duality, all manifestation, the sense I am and will ect: everything that comes into being after the 'I excist'. It comes out of and is made out of Shiva. When they are in union you lose the sense of being an individual and while you see maya, you at the same time, everything is pure consiousness. Thats how I understand it atm at least
@@Puuws Shiva is another term for Consciousness without contents (aka Brahman or awareness). This Consciousness is infinite (it is everything and it is everywhere); when something is infinite, there is no room for another entity. Therefore, only Consciousness exists; all else emanates from this consciousness. In essence, everything in nature is still the same Consciousness but they appear different to us due to limitations of our sensory apparatus and the processing center called the brain. This pure consciousness (Brahman) has no attributes at all; in a stricter sense, it cannot even be named according to the Vedanta. You cannot even say "it is the ONE"; that is why they use the term not TWO (non dual). What logically follows from the above points (Vedanta) is that Kali, Shiva, Shakti, Vishnu, etc are all imaginations of the human mind, especially created by the people who belonged to the Bhakti movement; no wonder such elaborate deities have human attributes. This is my understanding of the Vedanta ( and also the core message in the B. Gita).

It would be nice if you add the word "Trabuco" to the TH-cam channel name. That way, it's clear that this is the Trabuco Canyon center.
Is Goddess kali maya?

An incarnation of the divine mother is on earth now Mata Amritananda Mayi. My comment will be deleted because other saints devotees feel insecure
Ok but why are you making comments like spam
