I think it's possible,as you mentioned, that with the probability that the Twins,Tigers, and Guardians are aggressive this off season, that with the moves we anticipate the Royals will make that the competition between these teams could lead to the Royals winning 86 games again(hopefully more).
The royals had a lot of blown saves early in the season and a late season collapse hurt there chances of overtaking Cleveland in the division. One more bullpen piece and another bat in the middle of there lineup will be enough I think. Maybe a number 5 starter would help too.
Mailbag Friday: Carter Jensen, Gavin Cross, Javier Vaz. How would you rank them on the likelihood of being called up next season and who would you be most excited to watch?
It's too bad that Carter Jensen and Javier Vasquez weren't eligible to be protected because I think they would have protected one of them. Was Gavin cross in double A last year
The best locked on !
Take care Jack. We'll be here when you're back. Family is always first.
Wishing you the best… no worries take care of what’s important
Hope you and your family are OK Jack. Prayers for a good outcome

Cross, Vaz, Jensen.
I’d be most excited to see Jensen, though!
