You won't believe how easy this Creamy Chicken Mustard with Bacon and Garlic is to make!

- A great one pan chicken dinner recipe that’s made under 30 minutes. The sauce has a smoky garlic flavour that’s so delicious. Another restaurant at home recipe!
It’s best to use chicken thighs as they have more flavour, plus they don’t go dry like the breasts can.
The chicken thigh pieces, must first be sauteed until they reach a nice golden brown colour. They need to be almost cooked through. Resting them aside will render them juicier while you continue the sauce in the same pan.
If you can’t use wine, simply leave it out, maybe add a little more chicken stock. Try and add the spinach leaves just before serving, this way, they stay nice and green. If preparing in advance, don’t add the spinach leaves at all. Simply add them in, upon reheating.
Use a good stainless steel or cast iron pan for best results. Enjoy this version of Chicken Dijonnaise!

Tried this for the first time tonight. You couldn't eat this every week...I mean you could but then you'd accuse people of shrinking your pants and belts. Absolutely delicious though, creamy, full of flavour, if my old man was still alive, he'd have cut himself a couple of slices of bread to mop up any leftover sauce.

LOVE THE PHOTO BOMBER!!! tried this last night, and it was the bomb!! I did however saute the spinach with mushrooms and served it on the side ---- yum!! I had a big bag of spinach and needed to use it. GREAT VIDEO!!

I'm so happy to see you feed your beautiful dog raw meat. Here, in the States, most people feed their dogs and cats dried cereal and the animals get cancer and other diseases and die much earlier than they should. The chicken dish looks luscious. Thank you!

Deliciously decadent. And I've made this, or a close cousin of it anyway. I used tarragon instead of thyme and flambeed with cognac. Absolutely superb with creamy mash with sautéed leeks and smoked gubeen cheese mixed in. Thanks for reminding me of the one!
