Loving the old vintage stuff from Kyosho! I like the old F-1 cars and the livery from the days.

Surprise! I mean I would not be upset getting the Lambo of the Jag, I hope all the parts at in there! Maybe you got some free upgrades in it by getting it this way too! The F1 car looks pretty slick and a good deal on that one as well! I hope you get some time to start working on some of the builds! Take care and have a great weekend!!

I remember seeing that lot for the Jag on Buyee and noticing it had a different body etc. hopefully you can source a Jag body somewhere.

Hey Keith, oh yes, a wonderful couple of RC’s to your collection. The real Jaguar XJ220 was a very limited production car here in the UK (Oxfordshire). Shame you haven’t got the Jaguar body, although, the Countach will be fun, the Italian bull will look terrific. You get stuck in my friend and enjoy the build. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you and the family 🎄🎅🥳🍾🎁

Nice haul 👌 The Larrousse is quite colorful. The XJ220 box is a bit of a mixed feeling. This will make for a great runner 😊 Take care and happy holidays 🤝

XJ220 engine is directly visible through the rear window. I love it when cars do that, warm seats😆

I have the Diablo, im thinking the Countach body is to small , these super scale series cars are like 1/8. The chassis is very unique and one of my favorite old school Kyosho scale kits and the gearing is very unique being that the front pulls slightly more than the rear as you already know. really nice feel driving and very controllable bashing around my house but the tires are what you'd expect not the best grip with smooth surfaces but on carpet it's a blast and pretty quick stock. I modified the steering linkage being a bit to sloppy for my taste and added and ESC and a Kyosho receiver with built in gyro.

I love the F1 cars, have you looked at the Tamiya Road Wizard (5853) Keith? Is a great (but fragile) car and the grand daddy of all of the modern Tamiya F1s in regards to design.

XJ220, clocked 217mph in 1992 and was the fastest production car 92-93. Only 275 finally built. Made in Oxford, I'm from London. Kyosho confused everybody because the Jaguar was a one-off prototype road legal car, and Kyosho built there own prototype chassis just for that body. When I worked in a model shop in London 90's the shop was only allowed 2. So your kit is massively rare.

They are cool Keith. That XJ220 is a dream dude! I remember idolising that 1:1 car back in the day. Oh no! Just seen the rest where it is a Lamborghini body. 😯

Thank God we don't have to mess with these abominations of speed controllers anymore. Unreliable, no sensitivity at all and terrible efficiency.

The funny thing they wanted to put a 12 cylinder engine in the XJ220, but they only put a 6 in it. And was rwd.

Hey Brad, the concept version featured a 6.2L V12 (507Bhp), but the production version 3.5L Twin turbo V6 (542Bhp) and more torque. I suppose being forced injected as opposed to naturally aspirated was the right way to go, especially with the fuel costs 😉🫣

Yeh these are my absolute favourite they did a Nissan GT car as well 1990 something. Unlike Tamiya they have a full gearbox with drive shafts and independent mini shocks. The front wishbones look very scary to drive. To me these are an rc classic, sometimes Kyosho wanted to go toe to toe with a Tamiya idea this is a classic example.

Thats a bumber, atleast its not a kit you didnt have to have. It could turn out to be a nightmare or an awsome custom build. Im like you, F1 Indy car ??? Ive no idea whats what 😁
