Hey so I tried to make it, I screen recorded everything on my Mac but when I put it in after effects the footage glitches. I tried to fix it so many times and I don’t know what to do. If anyone knows this problem please share tips!

i usually change the frame rate or convert my clip online to mp4 again and it fixes, maybe try that !
