    Awesome channel! I have a beautiful covered front porch with a wood ceiling and fan. It’s Craftsman style with columns and I want to do this on one side! Thank you!!!

    Thanks for going over the alternative of not having a table saw, or for me being intimated to make the grove cut and using the 2 pcs of word. Wish you would have gone over on cutting the corners to make the frame fit together. I was happy you have pictures on your website -- that helped.

    Looks great! You should continue the whole deck with it!

      Thanks. As we only needed privacy on part of our deck we opted for one panel. We are hoping the hollies we have growing will eventually negate the need for the panels.

    I like your construction of the privacy panel. Just watching you because I don't work with tool I'm coming up with some ideas myself that just might work for me.

      Thank you, Kathy. There are many ways to create privacy on one's porch. It's great you are being creative to come up with ideas that work well for you. Before we put up these privacy panels, we used curtains and they worked fine, too.

    You said you would tell us where to get the square lattice. I can’t find it in my area. Can you give me a link please?

    • @FrontPorchIdeas
      @FrontPorchIdeas  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      This is the company with the square lattice like we show on our video. In the past, they have also sold their lattice online with Home Depot. But you could contact them directly as well. acuriolattice.com/

    When I try to navigate to get to the lattice item on the website (that your referenced) the link for the product is not active. Is it still being sold??

    What are the measurements? And what is that you used for the middle ( the black pieces)?

    • @FrontPorchIdeas
      @FrontPorchIdeas  6 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      The black pieces are PVC Vinyl Lattice panels from Acurio Latticeworks. You can purchase it via Amazon online or directly through the company. Their panels are thicker and nicer than the lattice that you get in the big box stores and they are maintenance-free. The dimensions of our finished privacy panels are 22" tall by 7 feet wide - but just so you know, we made them a custom size to fit our opening so your dimensions would probably be different than ours. I hope that helps. We love these privacy panels - they still allow us to see to some degree but give a feeling of privacy / coziness to our back porch. Thank you for watching our video!
